Dr. Palmer and staff are professionals in the dentistry healthcare business. They are friendly, thorough, accommodating and compassionate while you are under their care. Procedures and options are always explained before the dental treatment. The office is always clean and neat. If you are in need of an exceptional dentist I highly recommend Dr. Palmer and her staff.

As always, Dr Palmer, and her staff, are welcoming, friendly and ready to consider my questions and concerns thoughtfully. The office always looks clean and well maintained and on a recent visit, was cheerfully decorated for Fall. Dr Palmer's gentle approach is my biggest reason I continue to get all my dental care here. This sets her above all other dentists I have interacted with in the Rochester area.

I had a filling replaced today. For the first time in 30years knew I would be getting THE DRILL and was terrified. Dr. Palmer and her assistant couldn't have been more gentle and empathetic to putting me at ease. Now I want all my fillings replaced.

Has anyone ever said, "I love going to the dentist?" Well that's how I feel about going to Crossbridge! From the reminders I get so that I don't miss an appointment, to the greeting at the door by the friendly receptionist, to the amazing hygienist (shout out to Julie!) who corrects all the stuff I've been doing wrong , to the wonderful Dr. Palmer who shows up in person at the end to let me know "every thing is looking pretty good!" - I truly enjoy my visits AND the compliments I get on my smile when I leave there! Listen, they even sent me a birthday greeting!!

I arrived for my appointment with Samantha and was informed that she wasn't in on Mondays. I specifically scheduled the appointment with her and have the card I was given with today's details and her name written in red. I was not happy having to adjust to a new hygienist at the last minute. And at checkout, I was told I must have rescheduled it over the phone. Obviously not, since I had the appointment card from the office in my calendar. Dr. Palmer was excellent as usual.

When I first started going here, many MANY years ago, I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and had a ton of issues. Dr. Palmer and her crew took care of me and fixed everything that was wrong, from cavities to extractions to bridges to crowns. I absolutely adore everyone that works there- you couldn't ask for better folks. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. There's plenty of parking. It's right off of 590 and thus easy to get to. I recommend them to everyone I know. If you need a dentist, look no further!!

Fast, friendly, and fairly painless. When they found I would require additional work, Dr. Palmer provided multiple recommendations for oral surgeons. Heads up for your first time visiting, the office park this is located in has no distinct labeling for buildings other than 1,2,3,etc. Give yourself a couple extra minutes to drive around and find the right building.
