Cross Street Family Dentistry is a Peabody based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using state-of-the-art dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Dr. Hong acquired Cross Street Family Dentistry in 2015. Originally from Korea he moved to the states in 2002 and graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2010. As soon as you meet Dr. Hong you are greeted with an enthusiastic Hey, how are you?. He is fully committed to helping his patients, going above and beyond to accommodate their individual needs. When hes not in the office he can be found at home spending time with his kids or watching basketball. He also enjoys visiting amusement parks. His favorite ride is Disney Worlds Splash Mountain.
Chantal joined Cross Street Family Dentistry in December of 2015. Since then, shes taken pride in working as a Dental Assistant with over 7 years of chair side experience, helping you maintain and achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. She enjoys working with Dr. Hong and the rest of her dental team. Her gentle touch and friendly chair-side manner helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit. Outside of work Chantal enjoys cooking, catching up on her favorite shows, and spending time with her family and friends.
Ruby joined Cross Street Family Dentistry in 2020 after graduating from Middlesex Community College. She enjoys getting to know our patients and seeing the progress they make. At our practice, Ruby evaluates the oral health of our patients and educates them on ways that they can improve their oral hygiene. Her goal is to help each patient work toward maintaining an oral hygiene routine so that they can experience the full functionality of their smile. When not working, Ruby enjoys time with her husband, toddler son and two step-daughters.
Michelle joined Cross Street Family Dentistry in the Spring of 2022. Michelle graduated from North Eastern University where she earned a degree in science. She later earned her dental hygiene certification from Forsyth in Boston. Michelle has been in the profession for nearly 30 years and plans to continue practicing the art of Dental Hygiene for as long as possible. Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys the beach, dabbling in the culinary arts and is a lover of all animals.
Katrina joined Cross Street Family Dentistry in 2018. She started as a patient coordinator and flourished to become a successful office manager. Katrinas background gives her an advantage as she understands all aspects of not only the front desk but any other concerns you may have. She wears many hats in our office. She might be the smiling face who welcomes you, the person who goes over your treatment plan, or helps you understand the treatment recommended. Katrina is determined to make sure your whole experience is a pleasant one from start to finish. In her free time, Katrina enjoys spending time with her two sons and binge-watching Netflix.
Stacey joined Cross Street Family Dentistry in 2020; she is often the first smiling (masked) face you see when you walk through the door. She loves making all our patients feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Stacey works tirelessly to make sure your insurance benefits are maximized. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the patients and chit chatting about life with them. When Stacey isnt in the office you can find her at the dance studio teaching or spending time with her husband, son, and dog outside, or snuggled up watching movies and playing games.

Dr Hong is the best, highly recommended! Utmost care delivered. Not a fan of the dentist, and he makes you feel at ease. The entire office is excellent!!

I have had PTSD from dentists my whole life! I had braces when I was younger and the office I used to go to before were so mean and rough thank god I found this dentist Dr.Hong Is an Angel! And a hero all his assistants are awesome I wouldn't trade this dental office for the world I am recommending all my friends and family to come here can't wait for my next visit!!

This place is the best. I came in for long-overdue braces, and my teeth turned out beautifully. The whole orthodontics staff is wonderful. They did an amazing job over the last year adjusting my bite.

Always a great experience when having my teeth cleaned and checked at Cross Street Family Dentistry. Ruby does a thorough job. Her technique in cleaning my teeth has been the best in my experience. Dr Hong fixed a chip in my front tooth a few years ago. He did a great job; it is still intact and blended in nicely. The fix done by another dentist previously before that did not hold. I would highly recommend Cross Street Family Dentistry.
