Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

TBH.. no one likes the dentist but if you go to one this is a great place. Its clean, super friendly staff and most important they know what they're talking about with bedside manners. Who's a fan of spending money on health but it's well worth it and no...I'm not being paid...just spent an 1 1:2 longer there than expected but also haven't been to a dentist in over 12 years sooo go here, they won't make you feel guilty

The staff and Doc were fantastic. Thank you Dr. Weldon , Priscilla , and Rihanna made me feel safe and comfortable. Love love love these people. After about a year long journey I'm returning to my review to add that I absolutely love the work and the staff was so awesome to work with along the journey. Special thanks to Hilda and Dr. Chen who made up the A team with Dr. Weldon. So much attention to detail, and energy was put into keeping me comfortable and completely without pain. Thank you so much for returning my smile to me, better than ever!!!

Front staff was professional and kind. My dental hygienist, Beatta was thorough, and she left my teeth sparkling! And lastly Dr. Weldon was awesome! She did this "wiggle cheek" method while injecting the numbing medication that made my experience pain free. Overall it was a great experience.

Terrible experience, if your child has any disability or special needs then don't bring them here! Dr Weldon refused to examine my child because she "wiggled" insisted on sending her to a pediatric dentist at 15 years old. Ummm she has ADHD of course she was wiggling!

Dr. Weldon and her staff are very professional and took care of my first crown. Man I was nervous but this procedure was done so well and they put me at ease the entire time. Thank you for helping me get back healthy and to the front office manager Karoline - she went over my benefits and health treatment plan like 4 times at my request to help me continually understand. I had teeth pain for about 3 weeks and had to have oral surgery and Dr. Tikhonov did a fantastic job on my teeth and I feel great! All the team members were very polite and knew what to say and do which made me feel at ease! I appreciate everyone that works there and would definitely come back for my dentistry and surgery needs!

Dr. Weldon is amazing! She makes me feel comfortable and explains everything thoroughly. She's also very kind and funny. But what really puts this office over the top is the office manager Rachel. She knows me by name and I've only been there twice! She addresses every single need I have as soon as they occur. Even things I am sure can't be done, she finds a way to get them done for me. One time I had to change a root canal appointment the hour before it was scheduled and she was still able to get me in. The whole staff here goes above and beyond! If you're in the area, there is no other option but Cross Roads!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone that works here is super nice and up front about everything. Dr. Winters gave me a very painless experience. I was scared to get a filling because they had always hurt in the past, and I literally felt nothing when she did it. I definitely recommend this dentist office! I had another pleasant experience today! This office is so wonderful. The hygienist Stephanie Gregory was so caring and explained everything in detail to me. She guided me through the cleaning and explained why certain spots were the way they were and what I could do to improve my cleaning there. She was also very personable and had great bedside manners. She really took the time to get to know me during the short cleaning. All my questions were answered extensively. Also, Rachel at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very nice. Again, this is the best dentist office imaginable. I really recommend them.

Took 40 minutes to just get in a chair for a crown. Sat there for another 1.5 hrs and finally got the numbing shot. Two hour mark came and gone and still was not sized for the crown. Finally asked some random person what was going on and she said they were running behind and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I was very upset at this point because I had already gotten the shot, had a numb cheek, and did not want to come back. Got seen in between customers here and there and FINALLY got the crown on after being there for FOUR HOURS. I am 9 months pregnant and have a very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Not once did someone say "I'm sorry" or "can I get you anything?". I asked for water three times. This is just unacceptable. I will never return. I feel used for my money and these people did not care for my well being at all.

Most professional and friendliest dental office in my life. Brittanie and Rachel were so nice upon check-in. They were asking questions to ensure my medical history was correct. Priscilla and Hilda were great too. Recommend Cross Roads Smiles to anyone interested in best cleaning ever. Dr. Weldon was awesome reviewing my xrays, exam, and pointers on path forward. TLDR: Front office gives this place a bad name. Back office staff (Stephanie & Dr Weldon) couldn't have been nicer. This is the worst experience I've had in a dental office specifically the front office. I was yanked from the dental seat mid-visit because my insurance could not be verified. Offered to pay cash and then resend my insurance info when I got home but was literary pushed out. I got home and realized my employer had switched providers in 2021. Called the office with my new info and asked to be setup with a new appt once the insurance was verified. No callback. Called back a few days later to check and was told no new insurance info was recorded. I gave my insurance again with the same request. No callback. I called Cross Roads Dentistry half a mile down the street, gave my insurance info, asked for next available appt. Got a call back 2hrs later for a slot next morning after a cancellation. Great experience at the new place. Went back to Cross Road Smiles immediately after and asked all my files to be sent to Cross Roads Dentistry and waited for it to happen. After they sent the files, I was so glad I never looked back.

Absolutely the best dentist I've been to, and I'm over 70 so have been to several dentists. Dr. Weldon is very compassionate, explains things in detail, is a caring dentist and communication is outstanding. Doesn't rush through your visit. Hilda is also fantastic. Highly recommend this dental practice

I just recently moved to the Texas area and was looking for a dentist office I read a few reviews and I liked What I had read about this Dentist office how caring the staff are , I must say I've been to many dentists office but none like this the atmosphere was nice music was nice a lot of laughter I almost forgot I was at the Dentist office , Dr. Weldon she cares about her patients oral hygiene as described not about money she really cares As well as Priscilla They both done amazing job with explaining everything to me . I recommend anybody looking for a new Dentist are new to the area stop by .
