Was never told I was out of network. Only reason I found out is because I received a statement in the mail for a routine cleaning that are covered 100% by my insurance when In-Network. If someone is out-of-network, maybe you should mentioned that to them so they can make the decision to continue care or find another provider.

Best dentist I have ever been to and I am 66 years old. He makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything he is doing. I left with no pain and still don't have pain. He even called after hours to make sure everything was doing okay. I highly recommend him and will be telling all my family about him. Thanks, Dr. Joe

Accepts new patients but doesn't accept Aetna ....they only accept 2 insurances. I was looking for a local dentist where we've moved .....instead of driving 40 miles to my old dentist I've had for years. I got the impression Dr. Joe is mostly cash pay and the receptionist even admitted that insurance reimbursement is too low. Why do I pay for dental insurance through my employer again? Because I've seen the reimbursement rate from Aetna on my careplan and they reimburse VERY well. There's always someone else who wants our business!

I left each visit with a mouthful of work and a lot less pain. Dr Joe did some amazing work on my mouth. And his assistant made the in between times a lot my pleasurable with some bantie convo.

Everyone at Crossroads Family Dentistry, and I mean everyone, goes way above and way beyond to keep their patients best interests at heart. From a personal standpoint, the dentists office is the last place I would ever want to be, due to previous dental nightmares, but these people are truly gifted in that even my fears have diminished somewhat. So, because we all need to practice good oral hygiene and visit the dentist on a regular basis, why would you want to go anywhere else but to see Dr. Joe?

I had 6,000 worth of Dental procedure done at this Office. They are very professional, very honest, and very knowledgeable. I would not recommend any other Dentist. They also are within guidelines for pricing and are competitive with other similar offices. For great teeth and comfort and for others to see your new smile, visit Dr. Joe Smith and his staff. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. smith for over 6 years. His beautiful new office is fresh and welcoming - his staff always friendly and caring. We feel that Dr. Smith is very thorough in his evaluations and offers alternatives so that you are a part of your dental care. We recommend him to all our friends and neighbors. I think our whole neighborhood goes to see him!
