Dr. Griffin Crossis a Salem native and graduate of VT and Medical College of Virginia. He is also a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Cross has been awarded Top Doc, Best Chairside Manner and Best Dentist for multiple years in local polls. Providing exceptional care to all ages, Dr. Cross will gladly see patients in the Roanoke and Daleville locations. He enjoys soccer and water sports at Smith Mountain Lake. He resides in Salem with his wife Ashley and 3 sons.
Dr. Lisa Lavinder is a native of Roanoke, VA. She obtained her B.S degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Tech. In 2006 she graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Virginia Commonwealth University. Through this program, she spent an entire year focusing her training in cosmetic dentistry, restoring implants, and creating removable and fixed prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, dentures and partial dentures) for her patients. She has volunteered in dental projects such as Mission of Mercy in Wise, VA, and has worked at the Botetourt Free Clinic. She was awarded Best of Botetourt several times in local polls. She enjoys working with both children and adults. In her free time she enjoys running, snow skiing, hiking, fishing, painting, and traveling with her husband and 3 children.
Dr. Stephen Quinn, a Roanoke native, is a graduate of Roanoke College and Medical College of Virginia. He resides in Roanoke County with his wife and children. He enjoys all types of outdoor activities including fishing and backpacking. His gentle and caring manner has helped him achieve Best Dentist in local polls.
Dr. Adam Parkprovides gentle and expert care, treating his patients like he would his own family. He was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. He received an engineering degree from Virginia Tech and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Park owned and operated a cosmetic and family practice in Northern Virginia for several years before he and his family moved to the Roanoke Valley. Dr. Park enjoys spending many hours above and beyond national requirements to further his knowledge in dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry, sleep training, study of the TMJ, Laser dentistry, occlusion, implants, root canals, and much more. Dr. Park looks forward to exceeding your expectations.
I wanted take a minute and thank you and your assistant for the job that you completed on my root canal. I have never had a root canal, up until this point in my life. I was anxious about having it done, but I wanted to keep my teeth. Thanks for explaining what could be done, and helping me get through it. I could not be happier with the attention to detail that you both gave. I look forward to getting my teeth back to a healthy state.
He is a graduate of Roanoke College and the Medical College of Virginia. As an active part of the dental community for many years, Dr. Coots is a member of the Virginia Dental Association and the American Dental Association and the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics.
Dr. B. Scott Wardis a native of Dublin and resides in Botetourt County with his wife and three daughters. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and Medical College of Virginia. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and recreational league softball.
Dr. D. Russ Villierbrings quality compassionate care to all of our patients primarily at our Daleville office. Dr. Villier is a Louisville, Kentucky native calling the Roanoke Valley home since 2014 with his wife, daughter, and son. Dr. Villier attained his B.A. from Hanover College before earning his D.M.D. at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. When not practicing dentistry you can find him hiking on a trail, paddling on the cove, or driving on the Parkway.
Dr. Eugenia Larrowe is a native of Costa Rica but has made Virginia her home for the last 18 years. She earned a bachelors degree in health promotion from Liberty University and a masters in education in health promotion from Virginia Tech. She completed her dental education at VCU in Richmond, VA. Upon graduation, she returned to Galax where she practiced for four years before moving to the Roanoke area.
Dr. Sandy Chacko grew up in Tampa, Florida and attended the University of South Florida. She then moved to the northeast where she attended dental school at Boston University. After graduating from dental school, she completed a general dentistry residency program in New York. Dr. Chacko and her husband, a local eye surgeon share a passion and commitment to serving others. In her free time, she is busy with her young children. After moving here about a year ago, she has enjoyed making Roanoke home. As the newest member of the team, she looks forward to meeting your dental needs with care and compassion.
Dr. Brittany Wood was born and raised in Roanoke. She obtained her biology degree at the University of Virginia and then attended Tufts University in Boston, MA to complete her dental degree. After several years practicing in New England, Dr. Wood is excited to return home to the Roanoke Valley. She is looking forward to connecting personally with her patients to help them achieve their dental goals. While she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, traveling, and trying new cuisines.
Dr. Logan Williams understands what it means to be a dental patient. Having his own history of dental trauma and procedures, he understands how patients may feel and uses this to give patients the best care possible. He was born and raised in Hurricane, WV. He received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology and Doctor of Dental Surgery from West Virginia University. When not at the office, he enjoys exercising, golf, tennis, or anything outdoors.
Dr. Elizabeth Neal grew up in Danville, Virginia and knew early on she wanted to be a dentist. She moved to Richmond, Virginia where she obtained Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University. From there, she attended a general practice residency at Akron City Hospital in Ohio to further her skill set. Dr. Neal has been in the Roanoke area since 2013 and is happy to call the region home. She is a past president of the Roanoke Valley Dental Society and enjoys working closely with area specialists to provide optimal care for her patients. When not in the office, Dr. Neal loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.

I have worked at this awesome dental practice for 10+ years and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, in November I contracted Covid, was hospitalized with double covid pneumonia, continue to have lung and neurological issues from covid and had to quit work. This has been the hardest and saddest time for me! I have been in the Daleville office since day 1 and I so miss being with all of them, terribly! I love my work family and our incredible patients! We have the best dentist, assistants, hygienist and front desk workers around! I can say that from my first hand experience, as well as on behalf of my whole family, especially my husband.... My husband, Roger (who is not a big fan of going to the Dr or Dentist), complained this weekend about a tooth ache! He said he had to see Dr Lavinder Monday, because "she is the only one that knows my teeth" Thankfully he was able to get in to see her this morning. He ended up needing a 3 surface filling and as usual, Dr lavinder did an awesome job! He called me right when he left the office and said, "I can't believe her! She is so painless!!! I never even felt the shot, if it weren't for the sound of the drills I wouldn't have know anything was being done! She is AMAZING"! I can't tell you how this warms my heart!!!! Thank you Dr Lavinder for being so AWESOME!!!! I have seen first hand your caring ways with all of your patients and I know your work and compassionate heart.... You are a Blessing! (Also, Roger gave permission for me to share his story, as long as I didn't share how much he complained all weekend of his tooth hurting, so I will leave that part out )

Dr. Lavinder is hands down the most caring, thorough and meticulous dentist I've seen. I've had extensive dental work done in 3 different states over the years and her commitment to professionalism, quality work and patient care is hard to find. She even once called an assistant in on a Saturday when I needed an emergency root canal! She definitely puts her patients and our needs above all else. I'm also impressed by the super-friendly and competent staff, as well as how the practice keeps up with technology and current/emerging educational advancements. I highly recommend Dr. Lavinder and her team!

My whole family goes to Dr. Lisa Lavinder and find her care to be EXCEPTIONAL!!! The office is clean and beautiful and the staff is professional and competent. Dr Lavinder is so adept at her job that this dental phone no longer has dental fear! I can't recommend Dr. Lavinder or her practice more highly!

I have been gone for a year or more due to their alternative practices of billing. They make bill for WRONG teeth, saying some are no longer there, billing for denture instead of partial. Now my new dentist CANNOT be paid for work on a tooth that Dr. Park billed wrong and said was not there. Have called twice , insurance company called twice yet they will not or have not in over 6 months taken care of their mistakes. Arrogance of Dr. Park? I am having to pay $170. because their billing is alternative at best, plain sloppy at least. BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN YOU ARE ASKED TO GET 3 CLEANINGS A YEAR AND ESPECIALLY IN MAKING A PARTIAL.

Their dental hygienists are THE best and I go four times a year even though I pay out of pocket for the two extra cleanings. Have been seen by several different dentists and all were awesome. Beautiful new building in Daleville, waiting room is cozy with fireplace and TV, but most importantly I have never waited more than five minutes, if that. Parking is steps from the door. Love that they always call and/or text to remind me of my upcoming appointment.

I have seen both Dr. Lavinder at this office and Dr. Quinn at the other office, and both have been wonderful dentists. Whenever I need an appointment, there is not a super long wait as I have faced at other dentist in the past. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and modern! I got to watch Ellen while I got my teeth cleaned, woot! :) They were also very accommodating when it comes to my dental anxiety.

My wife had an emergency on a Friday afternoon and these guys were fantastic enough to let her be seen, no questions asked. Not to mention the care she got was amazing. Can't say enough good things about this practice. So awesome!!

I lost a tooth filling right before a business trip. I called and explained my situation and they were able to get me a prompt appointment. This was my first visit to this practice and I saw Dr. Park who fixed my tooth in the same visit. He did it without any pain and was courteous and professional. The entire staff were very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Park.
