We love Cross Creeks dental. Dr Connor is very gentle and kind and the dental hygienist Lauren Is so sweet and gentle also. For years I've hated going to the dentist - not anymore. This office has turned me around and made it a pleasant experience.

Look, no one loves going to the dentist. But the folks at Cross Creeks make the experience as positive as it can be. We are always greeted with enthusiastic hellos and cheerful smiles. My hygienist, Catherine, is the best. She makes warm conversation and always has a suggestion about what flavor is the preferable when polishing my teeth. Dr. Connor is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft. Angela figures the best pricing possible given our insurance and ability to pay. And speaking about pricing...Dr. Connor has saved us hundreds compared to other dentists. It's just one more reason why we ended up coming to Cross Creeks and have made it our dental "safe place" for the foreseeable future.

Have been going to Cross Creeks Dental and Dr. Sanders since I moved to Pickerington in 2004. Always pleasant and professional, and reviews and explains things at each visit. Go twice a year for check ups. Dental technician Catherine is especially pleasant and personable.

Updating from my last review in 2020 to note 2022 because I'm still going to Dr. Melissa and her staff is the BEST! They always inquire about my family and how they are doing, especially concerning a family member who has been fighting cancer. They never rush through any procedures, are thorough, so I always feel like they truly care and are proud of their services!

Oh I absolutely love this place from someone who had a fear of dentist (childhood trauma) to now someone who enjoys going front desk staff is amazzzzzzing Dr. Melissa is a god sent. They answer their FB inbox on a Sunday when I broke my tooth I originally sent the message to them through Facebook because I was afraid to call because every time I would attempt I always hung up. When I got there they walked me in, they made he feel so comfortable while being completely honest about my dental care. It's now one of my favorite places to go I have a daughter who is visually impaired with autism spectrum who enjoys going to see Dr. Melissa I have a husband who had not been to the Dentist in years still don't like to go but will go and have a daughter who absolutely loves them. I always refer them when every possible. Honest I don't know where I would be if it wasn't this office.

I know most people don't like the dentist, but I have a lot of anxiety and have had panic attacks when needing to go to the dentist. Dr. Melissa is wonderful. Even when I've needed fillings, she is gentle and makes the process as easy and painless as possible. Everyone at the office is nice and very accommodating.

Always such a great experience at Cross Creeks Dental. I appreciate how thorough they are in the cleaning process and exams. I never felt that way with my previous dental office. Dr. Quellhorst is so sweet and always makes every exam/procedure a comfortable one. Also, shout out to Alexia! Truly amazing dental hygienist and a joy to be around every visit. I've been looking for a dentist in the Pickerington area. I called Cross Creeks to schedule an appointment and they got me in the next morning.My first time visiting the office, I was welcomed, the staff was very friendly, and I was comfortable. I found a new dental home!
