Execllent dental office. My daughter is very nervous and scared to see the dentist and the whole crew made her feel so welcomed and put her at ease. Major thanks to Carolina and Dr. Wood. I also have to mention we were greeted very warmly by the receptionist as soon as we walked in. I apologize I didn't get her name.

I use to have dental anxiety until I started going to Cross Creek Smiles. From the minute I walked in the door until I checked out they were nothing but friendly and professional. I set my appointment up online and did my new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. The assistants and Doctors were absolutely amazing. After my examination they gave me a detailed breakdown of the work I need to accomplish with no pressure on time frame. I set my appointment for the next day to have a root canal plus I also had a cleaning with the hygienist which I was also pleased with. I highly recommend going to this dental office. They took my fear of seeing a dentist away with just one visit. I have my next few appointments set up and I am glad I went there.

Everyone is very friendly here. The service is awesome and everyone does everything they can to make you comfortable. I had to reschedule a couple of times but they were very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for great service!

My husband visited this office for the first time and received great service! He had no complaints and felt very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming, thorough and accommodating. You can feel they care about their patients.

We absolutely love the staff and doctors at CCS. Angela goes above and beyond. She is always willing to work with our hectic schedule. They are always prompt and do a fantastic job from cleaning, filing cavities and porcelain crowns. We just love everyone there.

Dr. Huma, Angela and every other staff member is sooo good. Oh boy, they know what they are doing. Had a smooth ride for deep scaling and crown after a dental treatment nervousness !!!

This was a very pleasant experience for me. I had an emergency where my tooth broke. Cross creek smile got me in immediately and took great care of me. I was very nervous and had bad experience with other dentists in the past. However; here they were very patient with me, very thorough when explaining my treatment and billing and transparent as far as my out of pocket expense

GREAT! i went to this office as a recommendation from the sister location and was able to get extractions done at a lower price than what i would've paid at a specialist office. i cant express how happy i was when i was greeted by angela and how she checked on me after the extractions were done. thank you!

The dentist was in such a hurry that I was in terrible pain... I have had to have a lot of teeth removed over the years - due to my enamel being too soft - and this was by far the WORST experience I have EVER had. The dentist FORGOT to give me antibiotics after having three teeth removed... Anyone who knows dentistry knows it's a must. And every time I was in there, if I had ANY questions about anything regarding charges the receptionist was extremely rude and took a personal. then they wanted to charge me to have my dental records emailed to me when they were my records and my insurance company already paid for them. Do not go here!!!

My family has been going to Cross Creek Smiles for almost 3 years now. My family is very satisfied with all the dental cleaning and dental work they have done for us. Angela is very sweet and accommodating. Dr Huma Suhail and her team does great work, very professional, explains every detail of the process, and calms you before your procedure. This dental office has been consistent and prompt in all areas of service. I value my time, so it's comforting to know that I won't be stuck here all day. I like my dentist and trust her opinion. She has a very easy-going personality but sharp when it comes to the medical stuff. She definitely puts my mind at ease! The staff is also great, and I always get my fill of laughs when I come in. I think this helps peripherally because a dentist visit can be stressful - be it a routine visit or not. Love you guys!
