First visit to Cross Creek went phenomenal. I was first thanked for being a teacher which I appreciated soo much. I even voted in their pumpkin contest which I loved. Overall the experience was great and they will definitely see me again! A huge thank you to Cross Creek and their staff!

I have been going here for years with my children and haven't had any issues until recently. All of the staff seem to be new which is fine. However recently I have been getting overcharged for my visits. My daughter had a tooth pulled and they attempted to collect $50 more than what was required. My other daughter went for cleanings today and was told she needed fillings. My insurance covers 80% I confirmed this with the same receptionist that tried to overcharge me two days prior. However the math does not make sense. Out of $1037 for the fillings required my out of pocket expense should not equal $400 if I'm only required to pay 20% out of pocket. I believe there is confusion on what patients should be charged for out of pocket. I never had any issues and loved going here until recently. My children and I will be looking for services else where.

Let me say, I don't like going to the dentist, I have been putting it off for too long. I came to Cross Creek Dental yesterday and was treated with such kindness and tender care. It was a great visit, no pain, no anxiety, great plan and looking forward to great results. This is going to be a wonderful relationship. The staff was so welcoming and listened to me before we got started. They made sure I was very comfortable and met all my needs. Thank you for all you are doing to put me on track for better oral health.

I have been coming here for years and have become increasingly less and less satisfied. I use to come in and have the same hygienist, she would take her time and it felt like she was cleaning my teeth. Recently I have noticed a large part of the staff has changed and I never see the same person twice. Everyone is nice and friendly but both hygienist I have had recently were done in record time. One of the ladies just brushed my teeth off a couple minutes and was done. Now I'd love to think that I am just brushing that good but I know for a fact I have coffee stains and I have gone here long enough to know they have to at least spend a few minutes on them. So this is what I am going to do, before I go again I am taking before and after photos and I will update my review. If I am not satisfied I'm going to find another dentist.

Worst experience ever I do not reccomend! I went for a consultation the nurse brings me to a room chats for a minute then leaves and never returned!!! i paced back and forth for awhile then stood outside the door awhile then after more than an hour passed i walked to the restroom and saw the nurse at the front desk who never acknowledged me. I went back and waited some more and no one ever came so i left!!

My experience was not a good one. I was a late appointment. I was told there wasn't time to do two of my fillings, but I could have one completed. That filling did not fix the cavity and looks as if nothing was done. I assumed it was fixed, the pain lasted for about a month, but I thought it was sensitive from the filling procedure. Apparently after a visit to a new dentist I learned the cavity spread to the nearby molar. I feel let down and frustrated with the experience. It's not cheap to pay out of pocket so I would expect quality in the treatement beyond what I experienced.

Ms. Mary and the doctor were so helpful I was having a panic attack and so scared . They talk me through and I had no pain at all when they done my filling . Ms. Mary was so kind and and sweet .

Fayetteville's BEST Dental Office. Mary is AMAZING! She took GREAT care of me today! She is very professional, patient & has a kind Spirit! I can't believe the excitement I have in sharing the awesome experience I had at this establishment. I was dreading coming here because I knew I was going to get scaling done. Once I came in it felt comfortable and relaxed from the warm welcome I received. Then the icing on the cake was meeting Mrs. Burns. She was AWESOME! I didn't need any shots for the pain because she treated me like she was sitting the chair. I am going back this week and I am actually looking forward to it. This was a very nice surprise. Never liked going to the dentist until now. Come to this place, you won't regret it.

I have total confidence in this dental office. I've been to more dentists than I care to remember, and these guys are the best. From expert teeth cleaning to complicated root canal they show care and expertise.

Such an amazing place and incredible stuff. I got the best care. People here care a lot for the patient. I also love the fact that they are very clean and organized. Prices are reasonable. Recommend them.
