Considering that I absolutely Hate going to the Dentist, this was probably the best care I have ever had. The Staff was Very informative, caring, and considerate to my issues with dentistry. I would Recommend this Office to Anyone!!!!!

Update..... had my fillings done I'm amazed at all the new ways of doing dentistry , doctors top notch, very patient very clean and thorough I will go back, I know it's crazy to say but I feel so much better when I leave there considering how my anxiety was before I got there... Everyone is very professional and I had no pain thank you thank you thank you....Today I had a cleaning and set up appointments for getting a partial. I don't have fond memories of growing up going to the dentist and I have high anxiety when I do go, the care that I receive is so kind and encouraging, in the past year I have been proved on all the self care that I learned from them, if you haven't been by to check them out I encourage you to do so

I have been going to the dentist every six months for at least 40 years. So a good dentist and hygienist are very important to me. I just moved to the area in May 2022 and I chose Cross Creek as my dentist. I must say I was kind of put off by the check in requirements, but once SueAnn started her magic, I forgot about that entirely. I was just astounded at the superb job she did. I actually like to have my teeth cleaned but I must say having them cleaned by SueAnn was a whole other experience! I managed a dental office in Houston for five (5) years and Dr. Chapparo's crew was better than any I ever had! Thank you so, so much, SueAnn, and I'll see you in six months.

I had not been to the dentist in a long time because of bad experiences with dentist on top of taking care of everyone except myself. They were great best experience ever! My teeth look and feel amazing! I will recommend them to everyone! Super friendly staff as well!

I was thoroughly pleased by my visit, the first time in a while. While my problem wasn't solved per se, I could see that Dr. Chaparro and everyone else did what they could to get to the root of it and explained that my crown was covering it up. Grayson, bless her, laughed at all my terrible jokes, and SueAnn explained the efficacy of a certain product to alleviate my problem without being pushy. I'm coming back for a cleaning! -- 9/9/22 I went in for a filling and was again blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. They knew the procedure would dry out my lips so they put Vaseline on, and there was a device to let me bite during the procedure and to keep my tongue away from the drill. Heck, the filling is even a nice color, purple instead of the boring old white or tacky like the metallic color. Long story short it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep in the chair.

I have never been a person who enjoys going to the dentist but my experience at Cross Creek Dental was my most pleasant in my 30 years of life. SueAnn was very knowledgeable in her dental practices and put me at ease though out my cleaning. I am happy that I visited Dr Chaparro and look forward to our dental journey in the future. Great experience all around.

I was greeted as soon as I entered & was able to register immediately. The personnel were friendly & all of the procedures were explained to me ahead of time. A very nice trip to the dentist's.
