The only thing keeping me from giving a complete 5stars is because I had an appointment but waited two whole hours to be seen. The entire staff was very welcoming, nurturing & attentive to my needs. I hate that I didn't get everyone's name who serviced me, but overall EVERYONE in the establishment was pleasant. Hopefully next visit I won't be there as long.

Showed up for my wisdom tooth extraction appointment at 12:30 and sat in the waiting room for the doctor to get back from lunch until 2pm. And after I did get my extractions and had a dry socket 3 days later they wouldn't see me because "they didn't have a doctor there." Completely worthless business, they don't value your time and they definitely don't give a "value" about you.

Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating I can give this establishment. I have been trying for MONTHS to contact ANYONE in their finance department for some kind of resolution but the only thing they can tell me is that I'll receive a callback. When I DO finally receive a callback, it is someone from the front desk, NOT the department I've requested. I've spent hours calling them (only because I'm over 12 hours away otherwise I would meet them in person), I've emailed them...so now I'm trying this. Not only did they rush their job installing braces on one of my daughters, they left the wire so loose that it resulted in bloody cheeks days after her Ortho appt. Customer service and patient care seem to be a low priorities with this business. Highly not recommended. **Update #2** I've still been calling every week and can't get their finance department to call me back. This is 6 months in trying to get some kind of assistance from them.

Everything was great ! Kimmie and Dr. Shah were awesome ! Very convenient that they are open on Thursdays until 7pm, was able to visit after work. Definitely will visit again soon !

This is our 2nd visit, my son's getting invisaline. Everyone has been so friendly, helpful and pleasant. Felt like family the moment we walked in.

I was very impressed by the compassion of the employees. The dentist was very nice with a great bedside manner which help me relax and feel comfortable. Overall was very pleased with the staff and the dentist here. I highly recommend using Crosby family dental and I hardly ever recommend anyone.

Today we had our regular cleaning appt. Whittany P. was the assistant working with my 3yo son. She was absolutely incredible. She knew how to relate and talk at his level. She introduced him to all the things she was doing. Whittany most importantly established trust with him. When he was feeling uncomfortable she was right there and guided him through the experience. Thank you Whittany!
