This was my second experience with Dr Cromer and staff. As it was the first time I was treated this experience was even better. Having my teeth cleaned was the most thorough treatment I have ever received. The next day I received a phone call to ask how I felt after my day of treatments, which I never experienced. The staff right from the front desk all the way to Dr. Cromer was the best experience ever. I will certainly continue to go here and would certainly recommend Dr. Cromer

It was my first time there. Not sure what happened, but their schedule didn't show me as a visit, and my calender did. They were able to squeeze me in to which I was very happy about. With my medical issues over the past year to present, it's been difficult to get around. I had to cancel 2 previous appointments due to getting sick. To me, they took the extra step and accommodated me. I thanked them several times for letting me stay. I'm grateful . My visit was great! They did the exrays, the hygienist came in, then Dr. Cromer. All 3 were were very professional. Each one explained what their role is and what treatment I would have. They were clear in what they were saying so that it was easy to understand. Dr. Cromer showed me the new partial bridges that they use and it's done right on sight. SOLD!!! YAY finally something that looks esthetically appealing instead of the old fashion ones. The waiting area was beautiful, neat, clean, and appealing; beautifully decorated. I felt very comfortable and didn't have that dreadful feeling while waiting. All of my previous dentists had the opposite. And the rooms for each patient were very big. You didn't have the machines and tables cramping you in. Its impressive. This was refreshing! I say make an appointment with Dr. Cromer and her staff.

Finally, I made the appointment! Dental appt! Who does that?! Not an exciting way to spend an afternoon off! Oh! It took less than an hour to get an analysis of the work needed! Started with a cavity needing a wonderful resin filling! During the same visit, I was honored to meet Dr Schultz who will soon remedy my gum disease!! All my dental needs in one place! Not to mention, the staff are fab! Professional and pleasant! Really? I'll be back! Insurance pending or not! Thank you Lydia Nixon

EVERYTHING just great, the friendliness, treatment, general atmosphere, openness and maybe most importantly: honesty and NO 'upselling', just straightforward what needs to be done right away and what 'can wait' and just be 'observed' closely............I'm happy.........The quality of work, efficiency, attention: I have never experienced that to SUCH a degree before, pretty remarkable ! My latest visit yesterday ( 8-11-22 ) was just the same as above a year ago: nothing to improve................... But then again: maybe a glass of cool champagne while it's 92 outside: the only improvement I can think of............... Everybody even has a sense of humor which is extremely rare and therefore precious in this county !

Hate dentists as a general rule BUT I had a great experience with Andria at a cleaning yesterday. At first I laid out some "ground-rules" about what she could and could not do and she listened respectively. Then she went ahead and did a wonderfully professional job of cleaning my teeth (it's been years). I had planned on shopping around for another dentist closer to where I live but I've put that on hold. Great job, Andria. I will be back.
