Dr. Park is a Southern California native who loves her home and strives to positively impact her surrounding community. She attended University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA with a full merit scholarship and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology in a two-year expedited program. Afterwards, she returned back to LA to attend USC for dental school. She graduated with honors and remained on Deans List throughout her entire education. Volunteering through multiple different organizations, she worked with children of underserved and rural communities throughout California, Skid Rows homeless population, and medically compromised seniors who have no other means to receive dental care. After graduating, she continued to volunteer regularly while working full time as a general dentist in the greater Palms Springs area, Culver City, El Segundo, and Beverly Hills.
Dr. Park believes that dentistry requires more than just a strong education, an eye for aesthetics, and good technical hand skills. Most important is a doctor who truly cares for others and feels empathy for patients in a setting that can often feel frightening. She strives to be the healthcare provider that she would want for herself someone kind, honest, and patient who will give realistic long-term options and explanations. She understands upholding patient trust is a cornerstone of the dental profession, and will work to design individual treatment plans that are specific to the patient. In order to ensure that she is providing the best care and current with the latest advancements in dentistry, she takes 3-4 times as many courses as required for licensure requirements.
In her free time, Dr. Park enjoys traveling to other countries. She also travels domestically and goes backpacking several times a year. She loves to try out new foods at all types of restaurants with her family and friends, and continues to enjoy sunny California and all of its beautiful adventures with her five-year-old Siberian Husky.
