If any of Dr. Jennifer's offices were closer than my son's normal dentist, he'd 100% be going to them. I really like my son's dentist but he was referred to Crisp&Associates for a procedure due to them not currently having an anesthesiologist. I was worried but honestly they did great! Dr. Jenn gave a great first impression at the first appointment and Brittany went above and beyond to help me. The rest of the staff are awesome as well- very friendly and informative. Thanks guys!

I was hesitant to leave one star because the staff is pretty nice, but here goes. Our regular dentist does not do certain fillings on younger children, so he asked that we take our child to a pediatric dentist. Dr. Crisp's office had more immediate availability, so we scheduled there. The office is beautiful and the staff is nice. They pushed nitrous, but it's literally an asphyxiant and unnecessary for most children. Our son never has problems at the dentist, even with shots, so I refused it. When we arrived the front office staff advised me that when he goes back I needed to go back to my car. I responded with, "Oh, no." Informed her that it was the law and I would be accompanying my 7 year old child. Well, it ended up being a non-issue, but they weren't exactly happy about it. I'm glad I insisted on being with my my child. Mind you, I didn't process it all at once, but when I left it all felt stretchy. I informed the dentist, Jennifer Crisp, that we have EDS, which requires more local/topical analgesic beforehand. She quickly swabbed his gums with topical then immediately started poking him. Obviously it hurt and he started shaking all over. I then consented to nitrous, but that didn't calm his nerves. Mind you they did not use a pulse ox or anything to monitor his oxygen levels even though nitrous displaces oxygen. That's how it works. It made me nervous, but I watched him carefully for respiratory depression. She couldn't do the work because at that point my son had lost faith in her. Only a lazy dentist pushes nitrous. They don't want to properly do their job or deal with children and that's why they don't want parents back there. Don't trust this place with your babies. She then recommended general anesthesia, in office. At first I was okay with this because there will be an anesthesiologist, but then I thought these are freaking dental hygienists and a dentist providing care for my intubated child. They claim to be PALS certified, but I know without a doubt none of them would know what to do with a child who needed resuscitation since the dentist couldn't even explain properly how nitrous works. These aren't nurses or paramedics monitoring my child they're inexperienced dental professionals. At the end of the day after I processed everything I thought to myself no way would anyone from this office ever touch my child again and I would leave this review so no one else would put their child in such a risky situation. Also, it's $1,000 upfront to use the anesthesiologist. How cruel is that? It essentially makes dental care unaffordable for a lot of parents. I was prepared to pay it, but instead I'm going back to our regular dentist for options.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We brought our 3-year-old in for 4 crown placements back in April. In June (only 2 months later), one of the crowns already fell out. While most dentists would assume fault and replace the crown for free, this office was going to charge us for everything all over again! We were going to have to pay for a brand new crown (even though we saved the one that fell out) and mind you they are ~$500 a piece and insurance does not cover it. They were going to charge us for an evaluation, the procedure, and the crown all over again. We couldn't afford it so we just cut our losses and my son's $500 crown is just sitting in a Ziplock bag at our house. Now it's August and ANOTHER one of his crowns has fallen out! I am seriously so livid at this place! They are scammers and they do a horrific job! Crowns are supposed to be permanent and our son's fell out within TWO months! Take your business somewhere else and do not let these scammers touch your children! Update: It's now November (7 months post-procedure). 3 of the 4 crowns have fallen out. Horrible job by this office.

Our family loves this entire practice! My husband seen Dr. Crisp as a child and now our daughter is her patient. Our first experience with our daughter was a removal and she had sleep apnea at the time. Dr. Crisp sent her to the surgical center so she could be monitored. They did so well and were so patient and kind. You couldn't ask for better care. Thank you to all at Dr. Crisp and associates!!

We have brought our kids to Dr. Crisp for years and have always been pleased. My son has Autism and Epilepsy and Dr. Crisp and her associates have always been fantastic working with him and his differences. With 3 kids in the past (now 4) we have had a few dental emergencies over the years and we've always been fit right in with no problem. Brittany at the front helped me tremendously getting an appointment scheduled for my son and getting proper authorizations from his doctors. I also love that after hours they have a text line to check in on your child. Melissa (I believe is her name) made sure to check on my son and texted me back and forth for about an hour helping us through a dental emergency for him. You don't get this kind of care everywhere. You can tell they really care about their patients!!
