Dr. Bratland and his team are so kind, gentle and supportive in the way they deliver care. They explain things clearly in a way that is easy to understand, and I never feel like they are trying to 'up sell' me any dental care I don't really need. I went through several dentists after my adult life long dentist retired about ten years ago, and was not happy with any of them. I finally found the dentist I hope to have until he retires too, at Crisdental.
An amazing experience, staff were friendly and inviting, making me feel right at home. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder, making it very difficult to do anything, especially a dentist visit. Of the few offices I've been to Crisdental I have felt the most comfortable. In out and done. The work gets done and and done right the first time. Thank you, Dr. Bratland and team, Sean Johnson

Dr. Snyder is amazing! I've had previous nightmare extractions with other dentists but this one went really well. Dr. Snyder has a very calming and sensitive manner. He is articulate and thorough and his experience shows. I highly recommend him and his staff - Gail

This Dentist SUCKS! It's impossible to get an appointment and if you do, they cancel. I've had them cancel my sons appointment not once not twice but THREE times!!! My advice is if you're looking for a good dentist find a dentist who loves what they do and enjoy helping others with wonderful customer service and this dentist does not fit any of that criteria. HORRIBLE!

Amazing Work They did on My Husband, The hygienist Laura, she was so comforting and nice and gentle to us through the whole process. The Doctor Snyder was awesome to!! I am so glad we came here!

worst place you could ever go.. none of them live here and half the time they are not even open. they have a hard time keeping employees . I actually walked out of the dental chair for the first time in my life. service is out right the worst and staff is not even friendly . if i could give them a minus i would. these people should not even be in business. go see Dr Jim Ransom. best one around in lincoln city.

I just returned to this office after a year and had a wonderful experience with the entire staff. I found them to be knowledgeable, kind and caring, and am looking forward to my next visit to continue with the healing of my teeth.

BEWARE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Doctor takes xrays and not even show you,especially when you have no cavities or problems, they can't make any money on you, that is until the hygienist gets a hold of you. Doctor scheduled me for a procedure and the hygienist did(charged)2 different procedures. She didn't ask me, discuss or inform me in any way, she just did it. This is a misrepresentation of treatment, facts made for the purpose of gaining unauthorized benefits and unlawful gain. Then when you look at your receipt (that you have to ask for 3 days later) you find out you got charged for a procedure she never did. You should know and be informed (explain all procedures) what procedures they are doing. Most deceptive dental office I have ever been to. CHECK YOUR CODES PEOPLE. Compare them to what procedures the doctor prescribed and what the hygienist actually did. She's pretty sly. Call your insurance company, American dental association and ethics department. They also have some fraud investigator departments. This is bottom of the barrel dentistry. Still haven't had my teeth cleaned, yet they're making money from the insurance company and myself for a procedure that never happened. Not sure the doctor even realizes, but I do know the hygienist and receptionist do.

Total joke! Waited for 5 or 6 weeks with a tender tooth, then they said the hygienist had an "accident". I said, "I hope she's ok', and the lady said, 'Yeah, right!'" My opinion is they used OHP to get their business started, now they are dumping them. Nobody called me back as they said they would. I guess they expected me to start the 5 to 6 weeks over again because they don't know how to schedule. Got a new job with great insurance, plan to go somewhere else now. Hope my tooth makes it until my new coverage starts. If you have OHP, go to the other option.

My mom went in hurting first time had work done where she came out smiling. Dentist was awesome. Had a loose cap had to come off. New place and new dentist the best. My mom had to return for a little swelling where cap came off. Was just as happy as the first visit. Told me am back to having someone I can trust. Everyone there treated her in a most kind way. From both of us a Big thank you.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They have cancelled two appointments at the very last minute, one via a text as we arrived in their parking lot. This is no way to start a new practice. Do not recommend that you try this dentist.

I manage Crisdental's 8 locations and I am very excited about our new location in Lincoln City. This clinic has the most beautiful views of any dental clinic I've ever seen. Friendly staff with nice setting. Great atmosphere that seems to lower my blood pressure every time I visit.

If I could give them a lower rating I would but I can only give them 1 star. How they treat my daughter was ridiculous. They gave us the wrong appointment time and then I showed just a couple of minutes late because of their wrong directions they would not see her even though while we were in there she was complaining of tooth pain.
