Arrived ahead of time for my appointment. They told me to have a seat and the dentist would be out to see me. After 15 mins of waiting they said non-chalantly, "our X-Ray machine is down, so since it's been a while since you've been here, we're not going to be able to do a cleaning today". You all couldn't have phoned ahead and told me that? Plus had me waiting in the lobby.

This was my first time here, and the appointment started off great. They explained everything they were doing and were very kind. The dentist was wonderful, she was so nice and said everything looked good. Then, the hygienist came in to do a thorough exam which was when the appointment became terrible. She was using a lot of terms I didn't know, wasn't explaining anything, kept commenting on how I needed a cleaning (which is what I thought I was there for), poked around my gums which led to bleeding, and then said I needed to get a special cleaning done which would take two sessions. I then scheduled an appointment for the first cleaning, and then went to the front desk where they told me what the cost would be. When I called back to ask more questions and see why insurance didn't cover the cleaning we scheduled, the receptionist told me I was diagnosed with gum disease. This was the first I was hearing of being "diagnosed." No one explained the diagnosis or that I had even been diagnosed. I'm not even sure who diagnosed me because the dentist said everything looked fine. I cancelled my next appointments and have already switched dentists. I was very disappointed in their service.

I am terribly afraid of the dentist from an experience I had a long time ago. This dentist office is the absolute best, they are all so professional and they have made me feel so comfortable each time that I have visited. I love Dr Hardin, she is so down to earth and cares more about just your teeth. She is a genuine person and for me that means so much!!!

Worst experience ever, my wife went to get her wisdom tooth, got x-rays done, only to tell her she need it other work done that had nothing to do the tooth thats causing her a lot of pain, after telling them she only wanted to get her wisdom tooth removed they acted super rude and also racist cause we didn't have insurance or a social security number. Refused to help us even do I told them I was paying cash. Never again pretty much just stole my money and all for nothing.

I've been asked to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars, but if I could give this dentist office a no stars I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone. my experience: I went in to see what could be done about my wisdom teeth being surgically removed, they were impacted (they do not perform this procedure by the way) and walked out of there with everything but...I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and for my wisdom teeth to be extracted. That day they did the deep cleaning, which is where they numb your gums and do a really deep cleaning. Sent me home with instructions and a week later I got a bill for 4000 dollars. I called them to see why it was so high and they stated that was the estimated price for total work needing to be done, NOT including my wisdom teeth that needed to be surgically removed. I decided I would not use them for further work and that to remove any future dental work from bill. They said ok. I more week went by I received another bill for 2,027 dollars, which to me was still ridiculously high for just have a deep cleaning, that's all I got. I've never received a cleaning over 175 dollars so to get this bill in the mail hit me like a ton of bricks. I would NEVER EVER go to this dentist again. I suggest if you are someone like me who has to pay out of pocket expenses for dental work DO NOT GO HERE unless your rich. I have sense had my wisdom teeth surgically removed from another dentist(inbox for details) for a little under a third of this cost I only paid about 900 dollars which is over 1200 less than what my bill is for just the deep cleaning from this dentist.

I started off with a great experience but after my first half of my deep cleaning everything went backwards.I experienced them having to cancel and reschedule 2 of my appointments before the second part of my cleaning could take place.Which they made .And now they are cancelling my hygienist appointment.Poor scheduling practices and they need more than one doctor because I feel like my last appointment I got a bad deal .Not very much empathy or compassion about the clients. My appointment was for 9:30am and didn't leave until almost 12pm that afternoon Very Sad...That doctor worked on about 3 other people in between my 9:30am visit.

I don't recommend how the practice is now. I had gone multiple times to get a crown done, but had to transfer to another dentist to get the work finished- he reprepped the tooth. Haven't been refunded as of yet(dental insurance will only pay once for the work).

Went to this dental office as an emergency case and have stayed as a permanent client. The staff, hygienists, dentists and all assistants are wonderful! They're very personable and do everything they can to get you the care you need at the best possible quality. They're great at making you comfortable while doing any service. They take Care Credit which helps a ton with cost! This office is one of the best medical experiences I've had in my lifetime.

I went in for a root canal and crown which for some reason required 6 trips and still wasn't fully completed. On my 2nd trip I asked about their cosmetic fillers and they said they could add it to my dental work total and do it on the following visit after the root canal. I asked what the total would be and they quoted $2,000. I don't have insurance and had worked and saved to set aside that much to get my tooth fixed so I was surprised that they could do both and keep it within my budget. Everything went as scheduled but I should probably add this was the only time (out of 6 or so treatments) I've ever had a cosmetic injection (Botox in the forehead) that bled so bad that blood ran into my eye. But you can imagine my surprise when they hand me a bill for nearly $4,000. Apparently there was a major misunderstanding about their pricing because they charged me $2,000 for not even a full syringe of Botox! I have had several treatments over the years but the most I'd ever been charged for Botox (besides this time) was $400 (including having a cosmetic surgeon administering once). I thought surely they'd made a mistake but after verifying it was indeed my correct bill, I explained the total was twice the expected amount. When they told me $2,000 total they were quoting the Botox alone. Where in the world does anyone charge that much??!! I went back another 2 visits trying to get my crown put on, waiting an hour each time, only to be turned away due to emergency patients. I was so frustrated and angry with having been taken such advantage of I didn't return. So here I am a year later and they've reported me to collections for the additional $2,000 damaging my credit score and I never even got my tooth fixed. I'm out all that money and still in serious need of dental repair. I would not recommend this company for your business.

Been going here 8 years, haven't had a cleaning in a year cause the Pandemic. Had a 2pm appointment, they sent me a text a couple days prior and it says reply 1 to confirm and I did, then it sent me another text asking me to fill out forms , I replied( forms? Then I replied why do I need to fill out forms , I been going here for 8 years . The lady told me when I got to the appointment that she thought I meant I hadn't my been here in 8 years . I said no! It clearly stated ..( why I have been going here 8 years. Anyway she used the excuse that she though I had said I have not been here in 8 years when I showed her the text that says( I have been going here 8 years. So she took me off the schedule didn't tell me I took off work mid day for this appointment only to find out that cause someone thought something I can't get my teeth cleaned when I had and appointment. This is terrible communications, irresponsible. I will be looking for a new Dentist.

Since I wrote this review, I learned that Dr.Hardin has joined my insurance network. I am glad to not have to find a new dentist. We have been seeing Dr. Hardin at Creve Coeur Dental since Dr. Rosinski left and are very happy with the treatment we have received from Dr. Hardin and Brttany the hygienist. However, I recently discovered that Dr. Hardin is not in my insurance company's network. I wish I had been informed of this fact before I started seeing her. Since we are getting such good care at the moment, I am not sure I will be making any changes. I just wish that that office had been more transparent about this matter. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Rosinski at Creve Coeur Dental for 18 months. Between the two of us, we have had two crowns installed, an Invisalign treatment for me completed, and my husband is about to start an invisalign treatment. We have also had numerous routine exams and cleanings. We feel that we are getting excellent dental care in an efficiently run office where all the staff are caring and nice to work with.

Been here before however they have a New dentist who was very cold and uncaring I went in with a concern and left with no answers or care plan . Definitely looking elsewhere. The 2 stars I gave are for the front desk receptionist who were polite.

Been for appointments 2 times in a row and nothing accomplished. Things check in or whomever does insurance verifications not done. A issue with a tooth has been worked on previously and I still have same issue. Not feeling too good about this dentistry and contemplating going somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their staff changes constantly. They charged me the same amount for a root canal and left it completely unfinished. I had to go to an endodontist and pay, again, to have it completed. They failed to notice a cyst, which is what was causing the continued swelling and infection. They waited so long to get me in for a procedure, I ended up having to pay an endodontist for root canal and then an oral surgeon for cyst removal and tooth removal with bone graft. They then had the audacity to call me to schedule a cleaning. I've never encountered such incompetence in my life when it comes to dental care. Do yourself a favor and go to a county clinic before you even consider this place. I'm disgusted that they are in Creve Coeur. They belong in the heart of the poverty stricken city.
