For 45 years, I have had the pleasure of meeting so many unique and interesting people as I have helped to give them happier and healthier lives through providing them gentle and effective dental care. Throughout the years, my patients have become my friends, and our lasting relationships we have created together have guided my commitment to providing the type of care and treatment that I would expect if I was in their position. Because my patients are a part of my family, I have made it my life's aim to be caring, thoughtful, and gentle while I help to give them a lifetime of beautiful and healthy smiles.
Beyond my formal education, I have made it a dedicated priority to continually further my knowledge and education of the latest advances in technologies and techniques within my field. I understand how important to my patients my involvement in continuing education really is, so I am committed to providing them the best care available. I have attended thousands of hours of continuing education, and I continue to add more hours each year. I am also afforded many opportunities to further my education through my professional affiliations for the benefit of my ability to give the best patient care.
I have been an Arkansan ever since I moved here from Michigan when I was five years old, and I have been blessed by my community in so many ways. My home is such an important part of who I am, and for that reason, giving back to the people around me is a priority I do not take for granted. I volunteer with the Give Back a Smile organization, and I volunteer as a doctor for the Arkansas Mission of Mercy. I have also spent the last ten years volunteering at the North Little Rock Public Health Clinic and I am a member of the Arkansas Master Naturalists preservation group. I have even spent time in Brazil on dental missions. Giving my time and expertise back to the community is one way that I can thank those around me for helping make me who I am today.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my wife, Phyllis, who also works at the practice, our three children, and our ten beautiful grandchildren. I also enjoy photography, cycling on my bicycle and motorcycle, hiking, tennis, kayaking, and working toward wildlife preservation.
Aleisha has been married for 25 years to James Shurley. Together, they have three boys: Ayden, Ashton, and Archer. They all attend church most Wednesdays and Sundays, enjoying their church family and taking part in various activities to share Christ love. Aleisha and her husband love to run and workout when they have the opportunity. All of their boys are involved with football and basketball, so they spend a lot of time with them at practices and games. Their family loves to hike, travel and see new places!

I really love the staff and atmosphere. I feel safe when I'm there. They explain the procedures and answer any questions I might have. You know you are in good hands as soon as you walk through the door and are greeted with friendly smiling faces. I highly recommend Crestwood Dental Care.

Have been going to this office for around 45 years. Am saddened to learn that my most skilled and caring dentist (Dale Colclasure) will be retiring at the end of August, 2022. No one will be able to fill his shoes. I'm happy for him in his new adventures.

The atmosphere is welcoming when you walk inside the office with loving office workers signing you in. I can't say enough about the doctors who makes me feel comfortable and relax. I love Dr. Colclasure's office!!!

They made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Dr. Murad and the staff were very friendly and professional. I had a difficult tooth extracted without any pain. This will be my new dental provider.

Very sweet! Everyone I came in contact with was nice. Ms. DD was amazing. She made sure I was okay and knowledgeable of everything. When checking out the last was so sweet and remembered me from the previous call the day before. Definitely will be going back!!

The Crestwood Dental Clinic is the most amazing experience I have ever had at the dentist. They are very caring and ALWAYS FRIENDLY. I had a very small medical problem today if being very dizzy and lightheaded and they took great care of me before they would allow me to leave. I called them when I got home to let them know I was home safe, and they were so worried about me, like a family member would do. I am so grateful to have such a caring team of dental professionals there for me and my family. I would recommend this clinic and have to many people. This is a very up to date facility. The staff is wonderful. You are so at ease here. Doesn't smell like the Dental offices from the past. Very comfortable.
