I have worked in the dental field since 1991. Working with the team at Crestview has helped me advance my skills with dental insurance coordination. Dr Yoni's team is exceptional to work with. They are gentle, skilled and professional which helps me achieve the highest level of abilities to match them. I'm excited daily by the opportunity to provide a comfortable quality care to our dental community.
I love working at Crestview Dental because the atmosphere of the office is completely centered around our patients. Dr Moskowitz is passionate about what he does and he is amazing at putting his patients at ease while providing the best possible care. The whole staff is dedicated to constant learning and growth through the use of the latest technologies we have in our practice.
Jasmin is happy to call Henderson home after relocating from Southern California. She worked in USC dental school Pediatric department, so there is always a special place in her heart for our young patients. She particularly enjoys making sure patients are well aware of the importance of why the treatment is being done, as well as ensuring you are comfortable throughout your visit, whether that means an extra pillow or soft beverage when your mouth is dry. In her free time she enjoys checking out local food gems and parks with her son Ryan and Golden doodle Freddie.

Had a crown replaced by another dentist office and after another separate visit they could not and did not adjust my bite or high spots. It was hard to chew solid foods and my mouth feel was way off! Doc Adam made adjustments and within 15 minutes I had my bite and the pain was gone! Thanks for getting me in on short notice and fixing the sloppy mess of others. Thanks Doc and Staff.

Horrible DENTIST after a year of pain still in pain and thousands of dollars with insurance have to see another dentist. AVOID at all cost. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This new left-handed guy has the zen of a Flamingo doing yoga silently at the crack of dawn..... He's clearly mastered the art of putting his hand in your mouth with the softest of touches and the grace of a swan on 2 grams of Serotonin... If you want to feel loved go hug your mom, for all other positive feelings however this is truly the place to go, and this staff are nice, even their new billing lady, who smiles about half the time when she's not demanding her portion of your arm and leg. Anyway, if you need good dentistry come here, don't go over "there". Bam. *raises 1 thumbs up*

Being that Dr. Adam Lousignont is my son it would be self-serving to tell you what a great dentist he is. This was my first time going to his new practice so, instead let me tell you about his staff. When I came in I was greeted by the front desk ladies, Channel and Toni. They welcomed me like I was family, (OK I am family but not their family.) They were friendly and warm. Next Melissa took X-rays being very gentle and explaining everything she was doing. Next Marybelle the hygienist took over and gave me probably one of the best and most thorough cleaning I have ever had. At every step of the way she explained what she was doing. Next, was on to April and Angelica, who are my son's dental assistants. Again, lovely ladies who were patient, thorough and kind to this old man. Of course I am biased when it comes to my sons, who are both dentists. However, to know Dr. Adam is surrounded by staff who cares as much about giving patients quality care as he does, makes my heart happy. Dr. Greg Lousignont, Psychologist

So far I'm extremely happy with the dentist and staff. They fitted me in the day I called and ended up doing an extraction. The easiest and least painful I've ever had.

I have recently had some very bad experiences with dentists. It was so refreshing to have a group of people attend to you with personal interest. My wife and I talked about how happy we were to find a good dentist. The entire staff was great.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I have been going to Crestview since I was a kid before it was taken over by the new dentist that is currently there. Everyone seem nice at first however since the current dentist took over the practice it seems as if they are trying to either get as much money as they can by not being transparent or forgetting if something is covered even when you clarify with them prior to any work being done. I received a bill for 2 different visits a few months ago. My first question was IF I had an unpaid balance for the first visit then why not bring that up during the next visit before any further work is done. They could not answer provide me with an answer, the best they could do is say I'm sorry we must have missed it but apparently they said I didn't have active coverage for either visit which is did! I contacted my insurance with the financial manager (Tanya) at the time and it was reassured that I did have insurance and my insurance will mail out a check to take care of the coverage for both visits since the dental office didn't receive it for whatever reason. I thought I was in the clear, simple mistake right? NO! Now after speaking to Crestview to confirm that my insurance have paid the balance that was initially owed I was told today that my insurance did pay however I Still have a balance! Coincidentally the financial manager (Tanya), no longer works there and now there is another manager who have been working in her field for "26 years". She proceeds to tell me that Tanya must have missed that charge but I owe. I'm sorry, why is your company having a hard time getting records straight. I work in healthcare as a provider and this is not an example of good health care. I then proceed to ask for corporate number or information to her manager and she says there is no one higher. The dentist need to really evaluate who is exactly running his front desk because he is loosing customers. Again I do NOT recommend the office!! Addendum: I spoke with the dentist himself today who was very professional. We were able to come to an agreement on the charge. I am appreciative of him contacting me in a timely manner. Due to my experience with him I did edit my review to 3 stars however I still had to pay a slight balance. Again I believe that the front desk should have better training or protocols to prevent such errors.
