I have been going to Crestpointe Dental office for more than 5 years now and I love them!! They have such an amazing team of workers who have always been polite and welcomed me with kindness. Dr. Cresma has every trait you could hope for in a dentist! She is gentle, thorough, provides options for treatment that are individually centered, and she keeps on top of my care. She has always exceeded my expectations and she is by far the best dentist I have EVER HAD! I am so lucky to have found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with.

My family and I have been coming to Crestpointe Dental for many years now and we've always had the best service and experience. Dr. Cresma along with her staff are very professional. They'll make sure that you are comfy and well informed all the time before the procedure begins. My mom has been having a hard time with her swollen gums the other day so she called Crestpointe Dental and Dr. Cresma immediately set her up with an appointment the next day. Thank you for taking good care of your patients Dr. Cresma. You and your staff are simply the best! I love Crespointe Dental and I continue to tell my friends to check it out up to this day. Very clean and nice staff. Dr. Tejero and her team are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything for you. Very gentle to make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!

The dental team at Crestpointe is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I recently went in for my bi-annual teeth cleaning. They always make me feel comfortable, providing detailed explanations of the work being done as they go. Among their top concerns is making sure I don't feel any discomfort during my appointment. Bonus points for having Disney+ and my choice of show during all my visits.

The staff and the experience I had at Crestpointe Dental, was one the best experience I'd had at the dentist. Being new to the Bay Area, I knew I had to look for a new dentist but wasn't expecting it to be so soon. My first visit ended be being an emergency visit, where I chipped my tooth. Luckily they were able to see me the same day. After that visit, I knew I would come back. The staff is very personable and Dr. Crescencia Tejero-Ugay was also great. She explained and provided me with multiple options. This for me is a plus, being included and being heard is important when working with new customers/patients. I had a couple of visits since the first one, and I must say, having a Dr. making sure you are comfortable during a procedure is a great feeling. Thank you again.

I've been going to Crestpoint Dental for many years now. I actual enjoy going to see my dentist. For every dental appointment, I'm greeted warmly by the caring and awesome dentist and her staff. I feel that I'm in good hands when it comes to my dental needs.

The staff members at Crestpointe dental are fabulous (especially Razel) and Dr. T exemplifies servant leadership to a whole new level. Our family is so grateful that we found Dr.T here In the Bay Area during pandemic (2020). I had to make an emergency appt this month and Razel did her magic to squeeze me in and Dr.T made sure my broken fixed retainer is fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr.T for your dentist. Thank you all for your amazing service!

Went in to get a check up found out I needed a deep clean and fillings was really comfortable on how they treated me the staff was very comforting and nice. They explained the process with me first before doing anything to me. I had no issues what so ever.

Good treatment, they give a good breakdown of what's going on with your teeth so you understand what's going on! Great service, they definitely take good care of you!

I have been going here for, I believe, 4.5 years now and I love it here! Upon entering Crestpointe Dental, the place is always tidy and clean while everyone is welcoming. Whenever I'm having a procedure done, I admire that Dr. Crescencia and the staff explains every detail of the process while passing no judgement and are also attentive if pain or discomfort comes up during the procedure. Its nice that they also always play movies to distract me from the work they are doing. If you are usually nervous about going to the dentist, go here and it would definitely change your outlook.

Love them!!! They are all so friendly and do a great job. I really appreciate that they make sure you are comfortable. My husband has always hated going to the dentist but thanks to them he doesn't anymore. They're very clear about what they're doing and always ask him if he's ok or if he needs a break. I love how accommodating they are.

Went for Teeth Cleaning and Teeth Restoration. Dr. T is a very warm and experienced dentist! She explained every step she was going to do, answer all the questions you have and ease your thoughts. She did awesome work for my front tooth restoration, it's too natural to tell a filling is there. And also very well on my back side teeth. All the staffs are very nice, welcoming and efficient. Thank you Dr. T and all the staffs! I'm very glad that I went to Crestpointe for dental treatment.

Dra Tejada and her staff are all professional and friendly that makes you feel comfortable. My kids don't want to go to dentist because of what they have experienced to other dental clinic but when i met Dra Tejada my kids told me that she is the best dentist ever.

First came to the clinic because I was recommended to do a dental crown at another dental office. I decided to seek a second opinion, and consulted with several dental offices. When I came to see Dr. Tejero-Ugay, she said that your own tooth works the best, so don't do crown unless it's necessary. She replaced a new filling for the tooth, and it was not hurt anymore. She is not only the best dentist I've ever met, but also the best doctor ever. I've been very nervous every time when seeing a doctor. But with this clinic, I feel calm. I felt asleep for many times because the pillow on the chair is so comfortable. The clinic is clean and neat, and TV is available in each room that plays Disney+ and Netflix. The front desk lady and her assistants are all very nice. Dr. Ugay always begins my appointments with a sweet and warm smile. She listens to my teeth problems patiently, shows me digital images, and gives me detailed explanations of different solutions to fix my problem. Some teeth problems are hard to describe, but Dr. Ugay can always understand my concerns. It's not easy to find such a good doctor like her.

I've been doing biyearly cleanings since before the pandemic, and the experiences have been consistent and great! There is little to no waiting time for the appointment. The staff explains everything that is going on, and the cleanings have been painless. They check whether you're comfortable from time to time, and I never had problems.
