The most unprofessional dental place I have ever visited. I give them no stars. They need to hire people who can conduct themselves more professionally. They show no concern towards their patients or any parties that are bringing their clients in. They disregard people time nor do they have patients to deal with those who are 1st time visitors. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you can find another dental facility. I would go to it versus this one.

If you want to have your appointment constantly cancelled then go here. This is the most unprofessional set of people I have encountered and wish there was an option for 0 zero because they do not deserve the the 1 star. My family and I had an appointment on July 17,2022 and upon our arrival we were told there is not a doctor to see because he called to say he would not be in . They went ahead and rebook us for Aug 24. After waiting from July17 to Aug 24, upon our arrival we were told they could not see us because they did not have an hygienist to see us . I was far from pleased. I took a half day from work, and also took my kids half day from school. They are saying they sent out messages which I never got . No message .. no email. Save yourself the stress and grieve. Find a different provider . They are the worst .

This place is horrible! One minute my son braces was $2000 then I got better dental insurance and they charged me $4200 within a two month visit apart. And the customer service is horrible from the front desk to the dentist seeing you. Not to mention, they will cancel your appointment with no reason out the blue. My last time going was MY LAST TIME! I don't recommend Going here AT ALL!!!!!!

Had an appointment scheduled for 9 am to go over some teeth that need to be pulled, an without any phone call or email they decided to cancel on me. So I wasted gas to get their and they wasted my time.

This place is horrible they had my children and I waiting in the waiting for hours then I noticed everyone else was being Called to the back so I asked them did they forgot about my son and they said yes they forgot all about calling him to the back but one of their workers keyed in the system that my son was in the back being seen. So unprofessional I can go on and on about how horrible this place is but I will be taking my kids somewhere else for dental care from now on

Aseeb Rauf has horrible customer service. He came into the room without acknowledge the patient (a child) , his mother, and his grandmother. When asked was he going to perform the procedure he said with a attitude. When asked why he didn't greet them when entering the room he threw his gloves off and says he doesn't have to do this. I will be reporting this to the BBB immediately and I will be coming there myself to talk about this.

Yesterday was my last and final time in this office. My child had a follow up appointment to get two cavities filled and to get the rest of his baby teeth removed. His appointment was scheduled for 3:00pm. We arrived around 2:45PM, signed in, and filled out the patient paperwork. The dental assistant came and walked myself, my son, and his grandmother to the back. She was very polite and started setting up the necessary tools for his procedure. Before she walked out, she had me sign off on a few consents. We waited about 5-10mins before a gentleman walked back into our room. He didn't acknowledge myself, my mother, or even my son that was sitting in the examination chair. As he was looking at the computer monitor and started putting on gloves; I asked him, "are you the Dr. that will be performing the procedure today?" He then shouted at me and said, "yes!" My mother saw how startled I was then says to him, "well, you walked in here, didn't say anything to us or even tell us who you were." "Dr." Aseeb Rauf then says to my mother, "well you all can get someone else to do this!" and storms out of the room. The dental assistant was left in the office with us and you could tell she didn't have much words to say to us other than, "I'm so sorry." After waiting a few minutes, the on-site manager came in to ask us what happened. We explained to her what happened and she was very apologetic. She offered us another appointment with another Dr. that would be coming into the office from Ft. Jackson. I appreciate her stepping in and apologizing for what happened and for trying to make it right with another appointment with another Dr., but after experiencing Dr. Aseeb Ruaf's rudeness in front of my child; I will no longer like for him to be seen there after his rescheduled appointment. He could've made the experience better by simply apologizing, but instead his emotions got the best of him. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this office and if you do choose to come, I hope your experience was better than ours.

I had a great experience this morning with Dr. Raul and Mrs. Leslie!! Much needed advice for a concern I've been having for a while now. Ended up not "having" to get a fill-in and my appointment was cut shorter than expected! I also get my braces done at this location and it's always a smooth transition between dental and Ortho! I seriously love it here, my entire family has been coming here since 2017.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled for this morning but the dentist wasn't even there. NO EMAIL AND NO PHONE CALL because their "system" mixed up her information with someone else's! We live an hour away and thought it was accommodating since everywhere LO so to us has a 6-8 month wait for toddlers. WELL I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE! I will be making a complaint to the main office and giving them a bad review on every platform available to give. If 0 stars was an option that's what they would be getting! This is the nice version of the review I'd like to be giving!

I went for a filling because my my filling fell out and my tooth was aching and they refused to replace my filling but I was told I can come and it will be replaced. A waste of time, money and gas I will not recommend this place is unprofessional and lazy.

The attendant Makayla ALWAYS has a bad attitude! This is ridiculous! I just saw another review and I personally know Jennifer Cantlon. My fiance and 3 Children are African American. She is the sweetest person you will ever find! She is not raciest either! Whoever sent that post must have heard something else. I find that comment to be clearly false!! I do know they need a more pleasant attendant at the front desk. I'm going to look for another dentist !!

Very unprofessional. My son had an appointment at 9 they didn't see him until after 10:30. They say "they some how over looked his file" how ???? Switching soon.
