My Ex-husband paid up-front for our sons braces! Two months later I can't get his Orthodontic appointment rescheduled and I've left three or four voicemails!! What is up with that?? Big dental corporations stink!!!

The website provides incorrect information on the services they provide. My medical insurance even thought they still provided services they "no longer have" I called with a really bad toothache in the lady was very rude and inconsiderate despite me trying to explain myself

If I could I would give no stars. This place has been nothing but a headache. The first time I took my child they were close the day of her appointment no explanation. Then after that they have cancelled my child's appointment 4 times. No explanation. I decided to go to another business.

We have been going here for 9 years. Back when they were Kool Smiles, never had an issue. Since they've changed to Creston Dental and Braces we've had nothing but issues. Then last year in November I would make appointments for our kids and they would cancel. Finally got my kids 6month appointments and went. All the old staff and Dentist are gone. And it's all new staff. Okay, no big deal. Told me my youngest needed fillings. Made the appointment for it before we left. I just got a text message that they canceled my daughter's upcoming appointment. I tried to make an appointment for Saturday so my child wouldn't miss any school. And was told they aren't open on Saturdays. Now an appointment being canceled. We will not be coming back. Currently looking for a new dentist that sees kids and teens because we have had it with them. I do understand that everywhere is short staffed. But when I counted 4 staff members at the front desk, 8 staff in the back and 2 dentist there's a problem when people are in your office for over 2 hours for routine cleanings.

My daughter broke her two front teeth on the Ninja Warrior obstacle course at Adventure Air Sports. They took her immediately and fixed her teeth. Since we were out of state visiting family, we are so thankful for the staff--the receptionist, office manager, dental assistant and the dentist--who went above and beyond to help my daughter. We are very grateful. Thank you!

Again another cancelled appointment, this is the 4th time and my kids appointment is not until May! I asked them when making appointment will they FINALLY have a Dr. In? And I was told yes definitely. I'm done with this office, the only Dentist Office with NO DENTIST/ HYGIENIST

Love this place however since Covid it's been very hard getting an appointment without them canceling. Now today 6 hours before appointment I am told my 14 year Olds appointment is being canceled due to them no longer seeing older children...

*CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!* This place was average until recently. My kids have been going there for a couple years and then when I make there 6 month cleaning appointments, they are cancelled for "unforseen circumstances and to call to reschedule! Then I called to understand the reschedule and was told "They were going to have a staff metting that day." Needless to say I could not get an appointment until a month out. GUESS WHAT? I was notified AGAIN their appointments were cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances"! I call again to see what the "unforseen circumstances are and was told they no longer have a hygienist that is capable of cleaning children's teeth over 10 years of age. So, I was cancelled twice and was lied to at the 1st cancelation. If you don't have resources to service your customers just say that and DON'T WASTE MY TIME!

Just like the most recent review! I've been trying to get an appointment since June of last year until I was told December 2021 that they have no Dentist! I called the so called call center and they scheduled me for an appointment in January that too was canceled and I've been getting canceled for almost a year now. My kids were supposed to have dental work done and now I'm trying to figure out how I can get all of their records to send them else where. Everytime you schedule they cancel it then once the appointment day comes that's when they want to message you about a missed appointment that was canceled on THEIR end! Once I get my kids records Creston Dental will definitely be losing 3 patients cause this is ridiculous. Never had a problem when it was Kool Smiles!

I wish that I could score less than 1. I have schedule appointments several times with this company just to be cancelled last minute. Have tried almost a year to get in unsuccessful but did not realize it until looking back. They cancel and then reschedule months out so you don't really realize the time has passed quickly. I have 4 kids and have experienced this with them. I reached out to the supposedly corporate level and the person I spoke with was just as clueless although polite and apologetic. She stated she would pass it higher up and someone would reach out to me. Guess what, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! In spite of the negative responses I have heard regarding this company, I wanted to still give them the benefit of the doubt. The final straw for me was when the appointment that I JUST made this week for next month was cancelled yet again today, "due to unforeseen circumstances!" I called to find out why and was told that the Rock Hill office has been closed for sometime now due to staffing issues. I asked why was the customers not notified when calling to schedule appointments and was told she does tell her customers when they call because the dental hygienist is only there certain days of the week and only certain services are offered. She then offered me another appointment. I am VERY disappointed with how I have been treated and just want to take the time to warn EVERYONE about the practice. Not a way to run a business!!! Shame on you! Try being transparent and not coming off as being deceptive. These practices mirror Kool Smiles except not so many cancellations! Same building but different name. Hmmm.... As of today, I called to see if by chance I could get my kids seen by another practice and one that would NOT cancel appointments with such short notice. FAMILY DENTAL in Rockhill that is right up the street from Creston Dental was able to fill that void for the same day and times! NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE GENERIC RESPONSE THAT YOU VALUE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK WITH THE NUMBER THAT I CALLED ALREADY AND NO RETURN CALL.

This is the 3rd appointment that's been cancelled to do unforseen circumstances. We had zero problems when it was Kool Smiles. Definitely calling a different dentist that CAN see my child

Absolutely horrible! They cannot keep qualified staff employed long enough to run a successful business! I can't ever get anyone on the phone and if I do get the answering service I'm told the RH office will be open on such and such date (last time it was 2 weeks away!!). No message taken or help given whatsoever. Please don't waste your time or money at this place!!!

If there was less than a star, as in zero, I would give them a ZERO!!!!!! They are closed when they should be open, they don't alert patients about being closed, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A DOCTOR WHEN THEY NEED ONE IN THE OFFICE! They cancel appointments for NO REASON then say "you never appeared for your appointment." We have gone here for for several years when it was Cool Smiles because we liked and trusted the doctors and staff, but since it changed to Creston, it's been one issue after another. Time for a new dentist! This dental office is an unprofessional waste of time and I will NEVER NEVER come back to this office EVER again!

I absolutely hate this facility. From June last year this company cannot seem to find a dentist. They continue to call me to set up children's appointments and within a week of scheduled appointment they cancel due to "unforeseen circumstances". I specifically ask DO YOU HAVE A DENTIST there answer is always yes however it's a lie. I will never use this facility again. Do not waste your time. I don't even think they deserve 1 star.
