Mashanda the DA was absolutely amazing she made sure I was completely comfortable after I told her I had bad anxiety. And Dr.Morger he was amazing as well he fixed a tooth that I didn't even know was a problem made sure I was comfortable and happy with how it looked. There were both so amazing an great!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

Creston dentist is one of the very worst Every dentist in Columbia Orangeburg and Myrtle Beach and Lexington the workers are very rude everyone is always slacking no one really cares I went in to multiple dances just to be put in a waiting line for months and months and asked to pay over $1000 and more just for a single tooth and my problem was more than a tooth even with all my health plans which they say they accept on the websites yeah when you go there they tell you something completely different and try to get you to agree to all other sorts of expensive plans that you cannot afford they clearly care nothing about the type of pain you are in or want to help

It's bad business when my child appointment was at 3pm and then it was rescheduled to another date without my knowledge!! Very unprofessional. If they can send a text reminding me of the appointment. The can do the same thing of the change

I was very pleased with my visit to creston dental and braces today! Ms.April my dental hygienist was the best I ever had, she talked me through every step and made sure I knew exactly what she was doing. But overall the whole staff was very nice and worked at a fast pace.

They never answer there phone to even make appointments and makes no since to be waiting over 35 min to hour for somebody to answer this place needs to be closed down.

Whenever you have an appointment for a specific time and are told arrive early to fill paperwork and you do so and still don't get call at your time or have people who came after you and are still filling out their paperwork, that should be a red flag. Maybe one receptionist is professional but when your appointment is discussed loud enough for the world to hear this is a place not to return is to. I honestly regret coming here..I will not be back.

The Receptionist are very rude! All they're concerned with is how your going to pay. Can barely talk because my jaw is so swollen this rude lady "what I can't hear you" duhh I can't really talk! I thought this was a horrible place when it was kool smiles, but Creston Dental is no better! They have no compassion, and no customer service skills! It's no way I'm in this much pain and cannot get good dental care in my own county. I have to go to Columbia so yeah Creston Dental sucks!

The people that helped me during my visit really warmed my heart. I had felt so much anxiety because it was a last slot appointment and my first time here. This pushed me closer to closing time and I had felt nervous because in hard times like this COVID/short staffing long hours.. at closing time and the weekend folks are so ready to go home. Everybody on staff on 5/20/2022 at 4pm was so polite and welcoming and very comforting. I am pregnant and was in so much tooth pain. They made me feel like I was in good hands, and that is a very special skill/gift. I drove an hour to be there and it was worth the drive You have an excellent team working there. Thank you.

I was there for three hours. the dentist talk to me for maybe three minutes in pain plus no medicine was prescribed to me. I see why the reviews are bad. I will be finding another dentist office

Worst experience! Waited over an hour and was then told they only have ONE hygienist that rotates through patients. Meanwhile everyone decided to hold an impromptu business meeting then scurried around looking busy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
