The braces team and Orthodontist Dr. Anderson ...AMAZING!!! I had some concerns and they were addressed immediately. Front desk and office manager both so incredibly helpful. And Dr Anderson even called me personally to address the concerns. I'm very impressed!!!!

Not welcoming at all. I have been going here since my daughter 1st dentist appointment when it was Kool smiles. So much has changed and their staff doesn't seem too compassionate either. I schedule my child's appointment on line and when I showed up, they would not see my child because they said the appointment didn't go through. EMPTY OFFICE and yet they couldn't take my daughter nor apologize for their system being faulty in the confirmation of the appointment. Not too mention the time they scheduled an appointment for my daughter and when we got there for her appointment they were closedNot coming back.

I'd like to give zero stars this place is the worst for braces care my kid has had these things on for two years with little care I'm just going to say the care is far and few in between. Her teeth is not straight at all they have been claiming she will have them off soon and I'm not seeing how when her teeth has not shown any progress... I have literally paid 3900 dollars for these things and the service is poor. I believe the billing department has called me more than them meaning they want their money but they do not care if you get the service. I hate I wasted my money. I'm sure these braces will not be coming off no time soon.

This place is absolutely terrible. rude desk people, don't even have a onsite ortho person there so schedules are changed all the time and pushed back 3-4 months. Please don't go here and save your time

Sadly they switched to creston dental from koolsmiles. Have been coming here for over 7 years, last few visits it hasn't been a pleasant experience for me or my children . I mean the front desk is ridiculous they're straight to the point and it comes off as very rude and unprofessional it's like they don't even want to be talking to you they don't get paid to talk to you . That's the first red flag , I've been bringing my children here since they were born and it's like the lack of compassion and professionalism has decreased over time each time is worst . my daughter actually came in for an extraction today and she was terrified of course being a child and the dentist assistant that was assisting him didn't show any compassion whatsoever she literally didn't even want to be in there I felt , she didn't try to comfort my child in any way or anything I was literally trying to make everything better for my daughter and trying to encourage her alone it seemed and I feel like she should have joined in and to try to make her feel better I never leave such bad reviews but unfortunately these are the circumstances of our experience to where I am no longer letting my children come to this dentist any longer too many Downs for me every time it's a unpleasant experience only reason why we stayed this long was because of the dentist himself.

They have bed attitudes and fail to answer the phone. I have called in 4 different days and they still continue to fall to pick up the phone. My treatment was only for 1 year and 6 months and I have now had to try to look for a different orthodontist. And I am know unable to even get my treatment done.

We started going back when they were Kool Smiles. The wait back then was ridiculous. Front desk staff was always rude. The actual dentist and her assistant were nice. When they switched to Creston Dental I was thinking ok they have changed hopefully for the better. Well they didn't. Same front staff. They dentist we had my daughter absolutely loved. We have switched dentist that are an actual pediatric dentistry.

I got 2 children their braces here from a recommendation of another parent. I'm not sure why they recommended them, but the experience has been nothing but horrible. They either never have appts for working parents, they're rude, or they do a bad job, causing me to have to take a day off to sit up there to get issues fixed due to their negligence with putting the braces and parts on. They never give enough rubber bands to last, and the cost for 2 kids is nearly 10 grand. I'm paying an awful lot to not be serviced properly. I should've went with the other place, even though they're a little higher at least their reviews showcase their better customer service skills, manners, and ability to do their job accordingly. If I could walk away and have my kids serviced some where else without incurring more cost I definitely would just leave them.

The wait time to be seen is ridiculous. Plus all the ladies up front are rude. This is insane for company who wants to keep growing. Maybe they should work on getting the patients back in time and not being so rude while the parent is asking how long it will take.

The worst Orthodontist ever , customer service is horrible ! You could call and ask a question they'll put you on hold for an hour .. don't recommend for you or your family ! The ladies in the front ( desk & service ) have bad attitudes . They take unreasonable money out your account & when you call to ask why? they'll say "it's the system" . Just don't go highly recommend changing a dentist/ Orthodontist .

If I could give them no stars, I would. I never write reviews, but I have to share my experience to warn anybody else considering them. I have had braces for 4 years now (my treatment was only supposed to be 2.5 years). I haven't seen any progress on my teeth for about half of the time that I've been here. You can't get any appointments that aren't 2-3 months out. Once you're seen inside, staff is constantly gossiping about office drama-- even as they work on you. Also should note that they constantly hire/train new employees because they can't keep any of their current employees. During my last appointments, I haven't even been able to ask the doctor questions because she is so fast to walk out of the room. Their management is just as bad. I spoke to someone about my treatment and all they tried to do was argue with me. There was no sympathy for what they've been making me go through and she even chuckled at one moment. I just couldn't be more unhappy at this point. I have been very patient (note the 4 years) with them but I am just ready to have my braces off so I will never have to come back to this place. If I would've known that a lower deposit and payment plan was going to cause me this much stress, then I would've stayed far away from them. If you're considering braces, please STAY AWAY! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! Pay the extra buck because it'll save you lots of stress and time!

My son has had braces for a little over 2 years now. They are very slack with appointments. He will go about 4 months or longer without being seen. They don't give updates on the process of braces.I'm not pleased with his teeth at all. I wasted money by going to them. They are very last minute with letting you know if something else has to be paid pertaining to the braces. They down payments are very cheap that's why they get the business they have but I wouldn't recommend them at all.
