Helping our children is the important part of what Creston Dental does for families. Were making sure that all children have access to dental care services. Creston Dental is committed to reducing the need for future extensive dental work & keeping kids healthy through preventative dental care & a range of community & educational programs.

The number of children not visiting the dentist or going to hospital ERs in Anderson and Greenville South Carolina tells us too many kids lack the primary dental care they need to prevent serious dental issues. Because these health issues can impact childrens ability to perform their best in school & live a successful life. Were finding ways to help kids get the dental care they need by accepting Medicaid & Commercial Insurance, Resolution Dental Discount Plan for families without insurance, school-based dental care visits & more.

Through our Kool Smiles Kids Club, kids (no matter their age) have the opportunity to earn rewards, grow & reach their unlimited potential. With an emphasis on creativity & values, Kool Smiles Kids Club helps give kids a sense of self, making a powerful contribution to their oral care health. Parents & families tell us their kids club experience helped diminish fear & instill confidence in their children.

Safely straighten your teeth discreetly, without letting anyone else know. We offer faster treatment times & can subtly straighten your smile & no one will know. Reveal Clear aligners are also removeable so, there are no restrictions on foods you can eat. Just remove them & eat or drink anything you want.

Probably yes. Clear aligners are appropriate for many teens and adults looking to straighten their teeth. To see if clear aligners are right for you, please schedule a FREE smile assessment with your dentist. Your dentist will provide you with a comprehensive oral exam to confirm candidacy for clear aligners.

If youre looking to straighten your teeth but want a more aesthetic solution, consider clear aligners. Clear aligners are a series of trays that move your teeth slowly to bring them into alignment. Treatment can include up to 30 trays, and each tray is worn for two weeks.

absolutely traumatized my then 3 year old child, was told she was to get 2 crowns came out with almost her entire mouth done. Put my baby on a papouse and didn't try to comfort child at all, when i insisted they take her out they refused to do more work with her bc she was so upset. This practice doesn't care about your children's fear and since that experience, my child literally has ptsd tward any dental treatment. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE, THEY DESERVE BETTER.

IF you're thinking about coming here DONT. My first time coming to creston dental n it was horrible. First of all the pathetic lady that did my x-rays was hurting my mouth by sticking the object to far down when I told her all she kept saying was it has to go down in there never try to make me feel comfortable or nothing, I came close to almost slapping her in the face. As for dr allyson sheffield, she's the worst pathetic evil, wicked, non-caring WITCH in the medical field. I don't know who she slept with to get her position but they need to be fired as well. This place is all about getting pay, they don't care about your Comfort nor your feelings, I walk out to never return NEVER AGAIN. Am going back to the place where I got treated with dignity and respect. People was right about this place I had to learn the hard way, so people take my word don't waste your time ok

I have mixed reviews of this dentistry. I haven taken both of my children to Creston Dental, and ever since it was Kool Smiles. I have never personally had a problem with the dental group. I have never had a complaint with the treatment of my children, and their patience level has been sufficient for me (at least the dentists I have interacted with). I have an autistic son, and I have asked in advance for arrangements for him to be in a private room at the earliest time possible. They did accommodate. The reason why I not vote 5 stars is because the lack of communication on their Covid rules. When you arrive, they tell you that you can only have one child p/adult. The dental assistant tells you this upon calling you back. Unprofessional. There is no email, text, or call sent out. You are asked to leave your other child(ren) in the lobby. What responsible parent does that? I told them I will not. My child is 7, and the other being seen is 4. I was seen anyway, however I believe that's under the supervisor discretion. However, on separate occasion, I have witness one lady bring her children and had to reschedule. She had three other children. She handled it extremely cool and nicely told them no one informed me. She asked could they sit on the waiting bench inside. They said they cant. How inconvenient. After my appt, I decided to attest to what she said because I have never received any warning either. I informed the desk about can someone let the parents know prior to this. We get emails about Covid, masking up, and making the office aware of pre exposure, or not. However, how do you send that, but no FYI about bringing your other children to the appts due to Covid rules? Let parents know this so they can make arrangements. One admin said she will let the manager know, but I intend to follow up with this. If not, Creston Dental will lose customers over a simple communication issue that is fixable. I recently just visited the website listed and it states one child per parent...however I had to find that myself, not from the staff. If you can inform about Covid rules in an email or call, then you can let parents know this info too. It only takes an extra 2 seconds.

This place is chaos. This is the second time that they cancelled my son's appointment and didnt notify me. I showed up for the time I was scheduled only to be told they supposedly already notified me it had been rescheduled. If I was notified, why would I have taken off work to come that day? Then the day that they changed it to was an unacceptable time for me. Assuring me that I never agreed to that reschedule. I will now have to wait another month for my son to see a dentist?! Look somewhere else. I will be!

I have never had a pleasant experience when I come to this office. I have brought my children with me to my appointments in the past with no problem at all but recently I was told that I could not be seen because I had one of my children with me. Keep in mind, I have been dealing with excruciating jaw pain and bleeding for several months now. I complain to the doctor when I come here but she says she doesn't see where it's coming from and that "it looks ok" to her. I called to reschedule the appointment and I was told by the office manager that the doctor no longer wants to see me because of my age and that I need to find somewhere else to go. This is so wrong and an act of medical negligence because they are denying to treat my oral health. I have had treatment before and my age has never been a reason for them to deny services.

The worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Very Unorganized. I had to reschedule my appointment 2 times because of their poor communication. The only reason I would suggest anyone to come here it's because of the affordable payment plans.

Lack of communication. The day of my daughter's orthodontist appointment to get her braces they say; oh we tried calling you to reschedule. However, I received no calls and received three emails about confirming my appointment.

Creston Dental on Forrest Dr is the most horrible dentak office I have ever been too. This place is unprofessional, ghetto, and the lobby has 6 chairs for patients to sit. Others have to stand and wait for their names to be called. Today 10/27/2021 my 6 year old had a loose tooth in her anterior. Tooth # 8 in the front of her mouth needed to be extracted. So they put my daughter on Nitrogen. When the dentist came in she wanted to inject my child. I asked if they could just pull the tooth without the injection since her tooth was literally hanging by a thread! But honestly the tooth was hanging, it was so loose that my child didn't need a needle stick!! So the dentist refused to pull my daughters tooth out simply b/c she couldn't stick her in her mouth with the needle. After that the assistant took my 6 yr old off the nitrous without giving her oxygen. Practically rushed my child out of the chair! My child got up dizzy and dysfunctional, and they did not care simply because they couldn't traumatized my child. I have never been to any dental office and they refused the patient for that!. I will never go to this raggedy , dirty, unprofessional office ever again. Horrible service and patient care.

Very upset . Had two children schedule for sx one with anesthesiologist and the other wasn't . I called to verify the time and was told only one of my children had appt (How did that happen) was told the one of my children appt was at 10:45 am in august and when I called back was told nobody never set the time just a possible date and that they sx would be cancel because the anesthesiologist ( that's under contract) has changes come up and usually see 10 patients but only can see 7 and they already have 7 pts for that day and will not be able to see my child due to her H&P was not in... When I was told it needed to be in 1 week prior to sx.NOBODY CALL AND INFORM ME ANYTHING I Can't Not Believe This My Babies Been Suffering With Tooth Pain And I Depended On This Facility. Also told me I can come in for a walk-in emergency visit due to the pain.....when they have already been seen (when we already had a visit ) I understand things changes but what make others such a priority However I'm still waiting for Management To Give A Call

My son went here with his grandmother for mouth pain. Dr. Sheffield said she could "fit" him in. Drove down from NC because he was with his dad and I was working. I was shocked to see so many people coming in out. She went on to try pull his tooth without waiting for it to be numbed so he cried like a 7yr old would, told me I needed to sit in the corner and then she insulted his age appropriate immaturity. We could not finish, but she didn't finish either. She said he would have to have surgery and emphasized that "then you won't get to be with him." I left and as I left there was a line of minorities out the door. That day I had the option to leave and could afford to find another dentist the NEXT WEEK who pulled them after waiting the appropriate amount of time . This place is a dental factory. Churning in and out mostly Medicaid or Medicare customers. There are similar stories below like mine so know this isn't and isolated incident. My heart goes out to those who have no choice but to go there and only have her to help. Also the number you are leaving for people to contact doesn't work and only leads to a never ending loop of the same voicemail options. Do better.
