My grand daughter had an appointment there and everything was going great.. the dentist and two other staff members were great also and friendly.. but afterwards I found out they had to put sealant in my grand daughters molars and the girl got to do it twice but grand daughter is 6 and after a few times I'm guessing it hurts and was crying so this assistant Marie was getting upset with Grand daughter which she should have better patience especially with younger kids.its like she pushed herself back with an attitude. Plus didn't say anything about don't eat or drink anything a specific time bc grand daughter got sick after eating when we got home.

Staff was quite rude about "mandatory" masking. Covid is over and there are plenty of other dentists in Anderson that don't force children to cover their faces.

What's funny is that, if you sort by "recent reviews" you'll see that they haven't had anything other than 1 star reviews for 6 months. After one visit and 2 minutes in the lobby, I can see why... will not be bringing our children back to this place. Is it too much to ask for a friendly reception staff and science-based medical policies?

This place has gone DOWNHILL. The receptionists treat you like you're an inconvenience. They over schedule and are majorly understaffed. I was supposed to get a cleaning, but after getting there at 8 (my appointment time), 10 o clock rolled around and still did not have my cleaning done so I left without it. While sitting in the x-ray room I overheard one of the hygienist being not so friendly to one of the children they were tending to so be careful if you have a young child who cannot advocate for themselves. Go somewhere else if you're able.

Got here at 10:30 this morning for my boyfriends appointment to get his wisdom teeth removed. It is currently 1:07pm and we have yet to even be taken back. On top of that, the front receptionist are the most bland and unfriendly people you'll ever meet. Never once greeted when we came through the door and after hours of waiting when asked how much longer, she gives us a smart reply. If this appointment was for me I would've walked out, absolutely awful.

Took my child in for a filling. Receptionist's have no manners ! No personality !!!! The dental assistant that came out to call my child, I could barely hear ! I went up to her and ask her did she call _____? She replied," He has 4 names!" Yes, 3 plus his last name !!! And? So ? THIS WAS YESTERDAY ! 4-15 RUDE RUDE THERE !!! AS SOON AS I FIND OUT WHO IS OVER THIS OFFICE I INTEND TO COMPLAIN !!! How can you work with children when you have no personality, ? No smile ? No greeting?

They were hard on my grandbabies teeth. All five of them. They were to busy laughing and talking that they wasn't focused enough on there teeth. Its to ratchet and I won't be back. Goodbye

CAUTION! DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES! I just narrowly escaped paying these "used car salesmen" an exorbitant amount for services that my insurance covered FOR FREE! They showed me a bill which seemed to indicate they had checked with my insurance but very clearly they had not. When I got home I had my BlueCrossBlue Shield rep call them and sure enough she said they "didn't answer" when she asked them why they were charging me anything since I had no co-pay and they claimed to be in network. The rep told me she gotten a similar call about them last week by the way. So yeah, the charge for a cleaning and xrays was $323 (NO REALLY!) and they "claimed" my insurance would cover $118 (how would they know??) and I had to pony up $205 for my portion. I beat feet out of there and called BCBS right away and I'm sharing this as a cautionary tale. KNOW YOUR INSURANCE coverage and don't take their word for a gosh darn thing!!

My husband was supposed to be scheduled to have 6 fillings done for $785 when he got to his appointment, they would only do four of the six, and they took $621 from him. They wouldn't let me go in with him because of COVID, so I called wanting to make sure that the other two were only going to be $164 because only a week before when I called to make the appointment, they said he was going to get all six, and they gave me an estimate of $785. I was trying to figure out why the other two were coming up as $303 when all six were $785. After the lady had mentioned that some plan they were going off of was coming from 2015, I started to get concerned on what they were talking about, and why no one could explain where the previous estimate had came from, they asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager, so I of course said yes, and by this time I was in tears because I wasn't sure if they knew what they were talking about or what I was, and she got on the phone, and instead of asking me why I was on the phone she said "listen I am not even supposed to be talking to you right now because he is a grown man", I understand he is a grown man, but they had just ripped of a man that didn't know he was only getting four of the six because they didn't tell him till after they took his money that is why I was calling... and we signed a paper that said they could share information with me.
