Between an improperly performed root canal by a dentist who left no written record of her work when she left the practice and whose inaccurate instructions regarding post-procedure medication contributed to a medical emergency, scheduling difficulties leaving me with a crumbling temporary filling for months, and miscommunications between the office and my insurance company that I was assured were resolved until I was in the dentist's chair, I finally had enough. I gave them more chances than I should have because it seemed like they were trying to make things right, but ultimately I should have left months ago. I urge you to find dental care elsewhere.

I previously wrote a review in regards to one dentist who worked at this office. The office reached out to apologize and they also informed me that the dentist I referenced in particular no longer works there.

Never go to this place, they treat you good if you go their 1-2 times and if you tell them you are not happy or you having problems with dental procedure. They treat you really bad. We were there and Dr. Sandy made a Racist comment against us. Don't take you kids too here their service is horrible. Although, the assistants were really nice that's why I gave them one star. Doctors don't have patience and lack of tolerance.

I have been a patient with Dr. Lane for years now, and when I went to this location I must say I was very impressed. They recently opened it up and so of course are short staffed, but they are so sweet there that I didn't mind waiting a little while (which wasn't even a long wait). The office manager was the sweetest lady. Dr. Thore I adore and I will definitely recommend going there to any and everyone. If you want to feel like a quaint, cozy, dental office. I highly recommend!!!! Thank you all so much!!!!

I absolutely love this office. As someone who has extreme anxiety about dental appointments, the staff has always made me feel comfortable. I would look forward to my appointments. They have restored my smile and I am forever grateful!

The dentist and front desk staff are fantastic! Katie (office manager) gave me an insurance breakdown of my benefits which was very accurate. She answered all of my questions. Kim was very pleasant and is a fantastic hygienist. Dr. Calmore is very thorough, friendly and both are extremely knowledgeable. I also took my son here as well. He is 9 years old. They were kid friendly and my son keeps asking when can he go back to get this teeth cleaned. I would highly recommend Crescent Valley Dental for all of your dental needs.

I am writing this review in hope to save someone my unfortunate and absolute devastating experience. I am sure they will respond with their lies to try to cover up their disgusting and unbelievable treatment of me. But I will let them tell their lies in hope I save on person to have to suffer as I now have too. I had very expensive dentures made with them. Had all my remaining top teeth pulled. Temporary dentures were made great. Somewhere in the months of working with them I knew changes in the office were happening. I believe new managers but honestly never found out. I asked several times for lower partial to be made a certain way, was told that they could be made that way. Took three times to finally be made my my..I okayed them and never saw them again. We had to continue work for another three visits for top full dentures. Several times questioned my concern that they had to use glue for try ins and that I was worried. They assured me that it was only try in wax but once made would be tighter. Finally the tops were okayed by me. Sure enough final partials came back with one extra tooth I did not want or okayed. And top dentures were indeed not fitting and teeth placed sideways. Instead of admit or take responsiblity for their mistakes. They told me that I signed so tough luck basically. Though the bottoms were made to correct teeth I was missing, it was not how I asked,okayed and what I was comfortable with. Yes my family was upset as they were helping me with 8000.00 dollars and after the doctor hiding and refused to see my mother she did get very upset verbally. I had signed in beginning for her to be allowed to know everything which they deny. They did try to adjust dentures but you can't adjust what was made wrong. I did not show up for two appointments without notice. One was not for dentures. After all how could l now trust them with my mouth. Mistakes happen and I can certainly understand that but not taking responsiblity and making right is lack of human respect. I am left to suffer , in discomfort, pain,embarrassed, unable to eat, traumatized and able to speak or function without great difficulty. I have had to spend more money to get mold made for court to prove how unfit these are made . I have had do get help for the depression and expense of taking the matter to court. Again I am sure they will attack with their lies and I don't care if I can save one person going through this experience. And I warn you if you have any doubts, don't trust that their reassuring you its ok. Because they will make you pay for theirs and the labs error.

My dad has been a patient here since last fall and he is in the process of getting dentures. Everything has been a positive experience and excellent care!They are genuinely concerned for their patients and work so well with elderly clients. I highly recommend this practice!

My husband and I both have bought new dentures from denture makers. They were great. But now one of the teeth has came out and the new owners are not honoring any of the warranities. They became irrate with us on the phone. At first we were told they would repair it for 99 dollars and then they called back 90 minutes later to say it would be 250 dollars. Please do not do buisness with these people. They are not the same good owners as Denture Makers was. They are not even better buisness accredited. They keep saying they are a new ownership, yet even in their ads they are refering to Denture Makers and still using the same phone number and location. Again avoid using this place. Hard to put your trust in a business that will say one thing and then change what they say at the drop of a hat.
