Took my daughter there as a new patient without an appointment. They got her right in and took good care of her. 6 fillings and an extreme deep clean later and she is closer to feeling better. They referred her out to have the 4 wisdom teeth pulled. More than happy with the service we received from ALL staff members. Thank you all so much. See you in 6 months.

I have had nothing but terrible dental experiences since day one with Crescent Dental ,originally I wanted to have a implant procedure replacing a molar tooth, but the dentist discourage me with a lot of negative information almost as if they were unqualified to do such a procedure at this time I should have turned a walked out of the office, instead I had a root canal procedure coupled with a porcelain crown placed on the molar tooth. (Huge Mistake) During the root canal proceedings the dentist removed too much of the tooth surface which left it too close to the gum line, this didn't allow enough tooth surface for the crown to grab onto and remain in place when cemented. Today I was in the dental office to have the crown re-cemented again for the 5th time, each previous time the crown would suddenly come off every 4-5 months. Initially the procedure was very expensive well over $300 dollars, today I was given a option to get a new mold for a new crown at a whopping price of $730 dollars or re- cement the old crown for $37 dollars of course I declined stating that I'm in this predicament because the procedure was not done correctly the first time and this is not my fault and I should not be responsible for paying for a new procedure, they didn't even have the decency to utilize permanent cement they bonded the crown back in place using temporary cement rather than permanent cement. Besides what exactly is going to change with a new crown, the tooth isn't going to suddenly grow to utilize the new crown. I have been a patient with this dental office for approximately 4 years having all care addressed, my son and I both have had braces applied here which I'm still under care for but can't wait for the day this is over because, I'm not completely pleased with the proceedings yet and I'm almost at full term of the process. I will definitely seek out a dental location whose best interest is in the care of the patients they serve. Prior to my son and I having our braces applied, I paid our patients balances in full so they would only be responsible for notifying my insurance of the portion to be paid by insurance, they were negligent in notifying my insurance when regular payments were due, suddenly I was notified by the dental receptionist that I was responsible for a additional $1300 dollars. Needless to say I was extremely angry and very suspicious due to the fact so many employees would come and go like a revolving door no one would continue working there for long , this gave the appearance of a unsettled environment, then the business was suddenly under new ownership. This is not a professional establishment, nothing more than a network of novice employees working in the dental industry. Wish I'd discovered that sooner! Certainly glad I didn't get that implant procedure after all...... No stars here 000000

Everything about this practice is UPSELL !! I went in for a cleaning. After more than an hour, no cleaning. I've had two visits. Both were the same. UPSELL

I just had a good experience a few days ago. Front desk and hygienist are always friendly. Appointment was on time. After X-rays, I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, but had to wait quite a while after that to see the new dentist, Dr. Parrel. He was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Now I have nice pearly white teeth and will be ready for another visit in 6 months!

Showed up 20 minutes early appointment was at 2 pm. Staff was at lunch except for front desk, thought I would have to fill out paperwork or give some information. Gave I.D. and insurance card and sat down 10 minutes after 2 pm I get called back get x-rays and then seated in chair 2:40 pm hygienist came in did 10 minutes of work waited until 3 pm to see dentist. Took less than 10 minutes good bedside manners then he left I sat for 20 minutes so I get out of chair to ask if I can leave they said I need to wait for insurance. Took 1 minute and I signed document and then left. Went to tractor supply and realized the front desk never returned my my information. I'm a new patient and I wasn't impressed on there professionalism. My time is just as important as there's, I wish doctor offices would realize this.

Wonderful experience, everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences before at the dentist, but my hygienist and Dr Parell made me feel comfortable.

Very friendly staff and they helped me know my costs very clearly before we started. Felt confident before we began and after. They also took som pictures and showed me details to explain the procedure. Would highly recommend!!

It's fair Not happy about Kelly ALWAYS charging $50.00 EVERYTIME you schedule an Appointment. Hard to get refunded when you've been overcharged OR charged INcorrectly
