Dr. Gemma Francisco-Baluyutgraduated from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines. Shehas beenlicensed in the State of California to practice general dentistry since 2003. When not in the office,she enjoys spending time with family, trying new foods, and traveling.

I usually do not write a review on Dentist. Dr. Baluyut Gemma is by far the best dentist on deep cleaning your teeth. She cleans very throughly, carefully and gentle. To bad I'm in east cost but if I ever visit her I'll definitely book appointment with her. >>>>>>> Next day 3/17/2021 Now that I read all the bad reviews.... hum.... don't know. Well I haven't seen her for about six years since I moved to east coast. But what I do know is she was always gentle on all my teeth's including my families. But what I agreed is they should release all the x-rays for no charge. Plus nowadays all the x-rays are all digital.

Dr. Gemma Baluyut is a SCAM!!!! DO NOT GO TO HER. She placed a crown on my tooth, that later fell off 2 months later. She then charged me for all the fees to place the crown back. She charges for every little thing, including getting X-ray to be transferred to my other dental office, as well as charging for having to explain what she sees in the X-ray which I thought was standard. Why would I have to pay to see a dentist if they aren't going to explain the tests that they do... I was absolutely appalled that she charged me an explanation fee... I've never experienced such a thing in my life and especially having family who work in the medical field. She is also a LIAR. She claimed I had 7 cavities which was strange to me since I had no symptoms. So I got a second opinion from a different dentist with new X-rays, to which they stated I had 0 cavities... DO NOT SEE DR GEMMA FRANCISCO-BALUYUT. She is a SCAM!

Stay away from this dentist! This dentist told me I have eight cavities, and I didn't believe her so I went to a different dentist who confirmed that I had ZERO cavities. This dentist is a fraud! I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and contacting the dental accreditation board.
