Awful! Dr Lim is a used car salesman. Wanted to charge 2k just for iv sedation to remove one broken molar tooth since all dentist insurances don't cover iv sedation. Dr Lim DID NOT want to offer me just the gas to remove the tooth! What?!!! Talked to my dentist insurance and they said they've never heard of a dentist NOT wanting to just use gas. I have anxiety at dentists but that is not an excuse to use iv sedation. Gas would have sufficed. Dr Lim tried to wheel and deal me and said he would go down a few hundred dollars! I have never heard of this kind of practice in my life. What kind of world are we living in when medical "professionals" want to treat patients like customers purchasing a used car. Steer clear of this SCAMMER!!! Bring back doctors with integrity.

Dr. Lim is the best! He was so patient with my 14 year old daughter and answered all of her questions. His state of the art technology was impressive - we could really see why she was having such pain from her wisdom teeth.

Very pleased with my experience at Crescent City Oral Surgery. As an out of state parent, with a daughter here for school, very satisfied with the care, time spent, and compassion shared towards my daughter. Especially, since we were not familiar with dental services in the area. She was very nervous for a first major procedure, and Dr. Lim and his staff took the time to first make sure she was comfortable, explain the treatment, and then the plan for the procedure. Procedure went smooth, well informed for her recovery and both the staff, and Dr. Lim himself called and checked in on her in the days after surgery. Dr. Lim and Crescent City staff were all very thorough, knowledgeable, and hospitable. 100% satisfied, and would definitely recommend. A big thank you to Dr. Lim and his staff.

I came here from Hattiesburg,MS for a second opinion. The office was modern and beautiful. Everyone was so professional and kind. Dr. Lim was extremely thorough, made me feel calm, and answered all of my questions. I am so glad we made the trip here. I highly recommend Dr Lim and his team.

After putting off getting my wisdom teeth taken out for well over a year I decided it was finally time. I came here initially for a consultation and everyone was so friendly and informative. I decided to go through with the surgery and scheduled it and from the moment I stepped in the office it was a very calming environment. The process was so quick I didn't even know I had gone to sleep was so surprised it was over! They kept my boyfriend up to date the entire time with what was going on and explained the after care. If anyone is putting off getting their wisdom teeth taken out, at minimum, come here for a consultation! You'll be scheduling the procedure before you know it.

Dr. Lim was great. Had zero complications from surgery. I had tons of issues with the billing and then being over charged a smidge as well even after I thought everything was figured out. Just pay close attention as they use an outside company for billing & it's not always double checked. Luckily, I paid close attention. I called and received my overpayment back to my card the same day.

Dr Lim and his team are absolutely fabulous! I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and I could not have asked for a more kind, caring, professional experience. Very little swelling, minimal pain, and their calming bedside manner is a 10/10!

My wisdom teeth were removed from here in November of last year by Dr. Lim. It was a quick and easy procedure I was in and out in no time at all. The recovery while a bit uncomfortable which is to be expected, was simple enough. I also got this neat little bag afterwards that was courtesy of the office! I'll be coming here again for any Teeth, Jaw, or other oral issues that may arise.

Dr.Lim and his staffs are the best, they are really nice and professional. I had my dental implant and 4 wisdom teeth removal done with Dr.Lim and his staff. During both of my surgery, I didn't really feel any pain and barely any discomfort besides the initial injection for sedation. However, what really amazed me about Dr.Lim's professions on oral surgery is from my post-op recovery. I was able to recover from my dental implant with no pain at all. I didn't use any of my prescribed pain killer. The only discomfort that I had experience is the bleeding after the procedure, and the bleeding has gone away on the second day as well. I was able to eat regularly as used to just 3 days after the surgery, and I was fully recovered after roughly a week. As a result, my dental implant surgery was absolutely success out of success. In addition, my recovery from the wisdom teeth removal has gone pretty good as well. In conclusion, I had a tremendous experience with Dr.Lim and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of taking a oral surgery to see Dr.Lim.

Dr.Lim and staff from start to finish was by far the best . Went above and behind to make me feel comfortable tooth extraction w/ implant placement . I would recommend to anyone looking for a Dr/welcoming office that makes you feel comfortable!! Hands down the best ever!!

Went to get all 4 wisdom teeth taken out here. Everyone was really nice and they really did a great. I had a good time with Dr. Lim and the staff, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an oral surgeon!

Dr. Lim extracted my wisdom teeth and he was amazing!! Dr. Lim and his staff were so kind and caring. Katie and Danielle were really sweet and easy to talk to. I was nervous at first, but I am so happy I went to Crescent City because they took great care of me.

Dr. Lim extracted my son's wisdom teeth and his procedure was labelled as a difficult one by his regular dentist and other oral surgeons. Dr, Lim & his staff did an awesome job and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Lim to anyone who might be debating using his services to another oral surgeon. Wow! Dr. Ray Lim earns a full five stars! This experience represents the true love and dedication of an oral surgeon/dentist, including his phenomenal staff. The source of the presented issue resulted from poor dentistry and a lack of follow-up care. As a result, my daughter suffered in a severe and dire condition. We were blessed to find Dr. Lim. Through effective networking with other great dentists, Dr. Lim came with high recommendations by Dr. Chelsea Accardo, an endodontist in the New Orleans Mid-City location, and Dr. Jordan Ferrage at Metairie Family Dentistry. From our initial phone call reception, the application process, surgery update, and discharge, Dr. Lim and his staff provided a warm, kind, and genuine attitude. Dr. Lim's demeanor remains consistent, which solidifies his personal touch. His level of care demonstrates that his patients remain the top priority. Dr. Lim has resurrected the sincere essence of the value of professionalism and building a trustworthy rapport represents in 2021. He removed all doubt and replaced it with love by eradicating all of my daughter's fear and anxiety related to dental work. Dr. Lim even went as far as to educate us on how teenagers have been exposed to narcotics first when their wisdom teeth are removed and how he took extra vigilance to reduce her pain and the need for hydrocodone. Dr. Lim deserves to spread the truth about his work, so others with tooth pain and dental issues can find relief from his expertise. My teenage daughter now feels safe, calm, and confident. Dr. Lim and his staff were an absolute joy that showed understanding. One of the staff professionals held her hand during the whole procedure. It made her feel comfortable and secure. WOW! - All I can say is WOW, 5 stars for Dr. Ray Lim. This experience represents the true love, and the real dedication of an oral surgeon/dentist, which also includes his phenomenal staff.
