We understand that you would like to use your dental insurance to help defray the costs of your treatment. We care for patients from many different companies; however, we are not a preferred provider for any insurance company. Each company pays an insurance premium for specific coverage, and each plan is slightly different in its covered services. We encourage you to become familiar with your policy exclusions, deductions and required copayments. Our dentists and team strive to assist you in maximizing your dental insurance benefits. We submit your insurance claims online for faster processing times, and we will be happy to follow up with your insurance company, as needed. If your insurance company has not paid their portion within 75 days, you will be responsible for paying the balance in full at that time

We offer a number of convenient payment and financial options to fit your familys needs. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, checks, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), CareCredit and Lending Club. CareCredit, Lending Club, Proceed Finance and Scratchpay are outside financing options that offer low or no interest payment plans to accommodate your financial situation.
Both Dr. Miller and Dr. Hinds are so nice and friendly. They really care about you and whats going on in your life how to make things more comfortable. Always has a smile on her face, and she remembers my dogs names she remembers that the Egg & I is my favorite restaurant.
Dr. Miller has been practicing as a general dentist in Waco since her graduation. Understanding that great smiles and good oral health are the result of going above and beyond the basic requirements, Dr. Miller received The Mastership Award from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). This accomplishment meets the highest criteria for professional excellence in general dentistry. She earned the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition Award. This award is recognizable within the dental profession as a measure of professional excellence. It carries the responsibility of upholding the highest professional standards and the principles of AGD. Dr. Miller and her husband, K. Paul Holt, enjoy traveling, scuba diving and antique shopping.
Dr. Austin Green has always been drawn to the medical fields and the creative aspects of dentistry. Knowing that your smile is the first thing people see, he felt if you can enhance someones smile, you can change their life! Dr. Green completed a general practice residency at Yale New Haven Hospital after receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health School of Dentistry in Houston. Striving to stay up to date on the most current dental procedures, Dr. Green completed his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), one of the most rigorous continuing dental education programs. Being a Fellow recognizes him as a leader in the dental community. Dr. Green and his wife, Madison, enjoy traveling and cheering for the Baylor Bears.

I've been going to Creekwood Dental Arts for years. I consider this place the best!! Everyone is super friendly, and they have the best intentions for you. I highly recommend Lindsey for your next dental hygiene appointment. She's so kind, considerate and down to earth, my appointment didn't even feel like an appointment. She did an amazing job!! I moved to Waco last year and was delighted to find Creekwood Dental. The admin staff made the process of requesting records, x-rays and new patient paperwork smooth and efficient. Dr. Green is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, he had actually shadowed my previous dentist while in college. Win, win!!! Lindsey is a great hygienist and made me feel comfortable with the cleaning process.

Dr. Green and the staff at Creekwood Dental Arts are so amazing! They have always taken such good care of me. I had a life long fear of dentists due to a really bad experience with a dentist when I was a teenager. But the awesome people here have taken that fear away completely. Dr. Green and the Creekwood staff are phenomenal. They do great work and are very friendly. You can tell everyone loves what they do and make a fun and enjoyable environment for their patients. Dr. Green is very knowledgeable and was able to build a device for my snoring and treat my two-week-old daughter's lip tie. I highly recommend Creekwood.

Dr Hinds and her staff are awesome. They do everything they can to make your visit as pleasent as possible. and Lisa her hygenist is also great. I wouldn't let anyone else do my cleanings. Thanks Doc.

I have an appointment Thursday at 2:30 and today on Tuesday I got a call while I was at work to confirm my appointment for Thursday and that they needed to hear back by noon or they were going to cancel my appointment I called them around two when I went to lunch and they said they had already canceled my appointment . I find that really odd that they just cancel peoples appointments when my appointment was 50 hours ahead of time before they canceled??? I have seen several dentist over the years and my treatment plan with Dr. Miller was going to be thousands of dollars and i'm driving from Austin to see her.. I well now I have to find another dentist that my oral surgeon can refer me to. I actually transferred from one dentist office to visit her . I can maybe understand if they were going to cancel my appointment if they didn't hear from me by the end of the day the day prior to my appointment but not at NOON over 48 hours before my appointment.. be aware if your seriously seeking a dentist.. she may cancel yours too while your at work

Dr. Green is an excellent Dentist. The staff and the entire office has been efficient and courteous. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Doctor Green and the entire office. I went to a few other offices before coming to Creekwood Dental and was not happy. I finally found my Dental Home here!!

Loved Dr. Miller and her team!! She was recommended by my mother who is now a retired dentist. Takes continuing education very seriously, goes above and beyond with her hours and staff's hours. She is calm, kind, thoughtful, has nimble fingers, does not recommend unnecessary procedures. Beautiful office, calming views into nature at every operatory. Convenient location right off HWY 84 and 6. Samantha was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, she did a fantastic job in under 30 minutes. I've now made appointments for my 1year old and husband. Highly recommending to everyone I know!
