From the time she was a young child, Dr. Mathew loved drawing, painting, and doing other sorts of crafts directly with her hands. Additionally, she was fascinated by biology and human physiology as she grew up but wanted to make sure that her chosen career would leave enough time for family. Dentistry turned out to be the perfect way to apply science in a practical way to peoples lives while still maintaining normal hours for a healthy work/life balance.
Dr. Mathew is originally from Trivandrum Kerela, India, where she attended high school and college. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacifics Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA. She is proud to be a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, which is an honor that involves over 500 hours of continuing education and the successful completion of a rigorous, comprehensive examination. She has also pursued advanced training in dental implants, sleep medicine, and orthodontics at the Academy of GP Orthodontics. She is currently a member of the following organizations:
Dr. Mathew is married to Shaji Mathew, who is the practice administrator here at Creekview Family Dentistry! They have one son named Joshy who is a biochemist and also works with marketing at the dental office. When she isnt busy at work, her personal hobbies include cooking, gardening, and reading whenever she has the opportunity. Shes a lifelong learner and is constantly looking for new opportunities to grow her skills even further for the benefit of her valued patients.
When choosing a career path, Dr. Samuel originally wanted to become a pediatrician, but throughout her college years, she developed a growing fascination with the dental profession and ended up never looking back. She met amazing mentors along the way who inspired her to enter the field you could even say that the Lord led her straight to this amazing job!
After attending New York University for her undergraduate degree, Dr. Samuel chose to pursue her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. Over the course of her career, she has also completed extensive training in several different dental specialties, including dental crowns, fillings, CEREC, sleep dental medicine, and cosmetic dentistry like porcelain veneers and Snap-On Smiles.
Dr. Samuels amazing husband is a native Texan and owns Goodfellas Brick Oven Pies in Frisco, TX. They also have two beautiful children at home. When she isnt busy at the dental office, her biggest priorities are spending quality time with family and friends and staying active in her church. In particular, she loves putting together large gatherings like Thanksgiving and Christmas parties! Other hobbies include going to museums, traveling, and embarking on mission trips. In past years, shes traveled to Ethiopia, India, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Honduras for missions.

I went to my first appointment with this dentist and they did such an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Elizabeth is a professional and very kind. I was expecting just to be seen and then going back home. But she did a deep cleaning the same day and they explained very clearly about insurance and payment plans. The staff is all very friendly and approachable.

This place was recommended by a friend, I don't live in the area, but now I don't mind the drive, because i received a great customer service experience. Our dentists were very profesional, treated us with kindness and knowledge. We were very pleased. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

I moved from California to Texas in October 2021. I was due for a dental check-up, x-rays and cleaning. I started a new job and didn't want the appt to interfere with it. I was able to get an appt at 7AM on a Monday. I was so impressed with the excellent service I received. The dental assistant/ hygienist was excellent, professional and friendly as well! I had researched Dr. Mathew and she lived up to all her reviews and more. She listened, was knowledgeable and I knew she was very experienced. She was thorough and also gentle when checking and cleaning my teeth. Wow! I also made it to work on time thanks to the flexibility of the office when making my appointment. I would highly recommend Creekside Family Dental to anyone needing a competent, experienced Dentist like Dr. Mathew. Thanks again!
