Dr. Spencer grew up in Bellevue and was first introduced to dentistry through his mother's practice where he spent many hours after school taking in the artistic aspects of the dental profession. After studying finance and economics at Linfield College in Oregon, Dr. Brent was accepted to the Robert Mayock Research Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, which solidified his passion for healthcare. Following his time in Philadelphia, Dr. Spencer worked with high-risk pediatric patients as a research consultant with the University of Washington's Department of Epidemiology. He was drawn to dentistry because it offered the combination of two personal passions: patient care and artistry.
At the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Spencer excelled in both the classroom and clinic. Building on his joy of working with children, he joined the Husky Smiles Program to conduct free dental screenings for underserved families. This pursuit also led him to develop and lead an educational program with a local children's museum that is still operating today. With his friendly demeanor and great attention to detail, Dr. Spencer was chosen to instruct and mentor first- and second-year students in their operative and prosthodontics courses.
In his free time, Dr. Brent enjoys mountaineering, cooking, and spending time with his family; his wifeSarah, his sonHarrison, and their Wheaten terrierMurray. Dr. Brent believes in working with patients to improve their overall health and quality of life through dentistry and oral medicine. He looks forward to developing individual plans that best meet the needs and desires of each unique patient.

Best dentist I've ever been to! He listens and takes my concerns seriously and answers questions when I have them. And the entire staff, right down to my hygienist Karen, are so incredibly kind. Creekside definitely gets a two thumbs up from me!

I want to say thank you for your excellent job. My front tooth crown fell out. They put it back the next day I called and charged me just a 100$. I don't have a dental insurance. Really appreciate it

I took my mother to Creekside for complex dental work (including dental implants on which the Creekside team partnered with oral surgeons) requiring multiple visits. At every level they were fantastic. Scheduling and coordination was prompt and flexible. My mother raved about the skills and bedside manner of the dentists and assistants. And the outcomes have been great. What a fantastic team.

Creekside Dentistry is AMAZING. My family and I have recently joined the family at Creekside. They always make my family feel welcomed. The staff is friendly and always willing to explain what is required and why. I even get check up texts after my visits to see how everyone is doing. Would highly recommend! The service is really great! And I truly felt comfortable.

Really great experience and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new dentist and was nervous as the dentist I was seeing was amazing and I didn't want to leave him but didn't want to travel far to see him any longer. So after reading a few reviews I decided to come here. I'm glad I did. The attention to detail, explanation of every step and what you should look for, feel, etc. was delightful. They did a very comprehensive exam, probably the most I've ever had and were very kind. BEST cleaning I've ever had on my teeth in the past 34 years!! Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Brent, Dr. K, Karna, Karen, and everyone else at Creekside are honestly the best. The entire family has gone to Creekside since they started up and it has been the best dentistry experience I've ever had in my life. The kiddos actually enjoy going in for checkups and everyone is welcoming and fun. Highly recommend!

I did not have a dentist to go to since moving up from Southern California. I had a dental emergency so I called them and they were able to fit me in the same day. Dr. K and his team went above and beyond to help me through my stressful ordeal. I am now a patient of their's and I am going back for a cleaning in 2 months. Would highly recommend!

On my last visit I was scheduled in at 8a.m., I had told them that I had to take an important call at 8:30a.m. to check if that would give them enough time to do my x-rays and get my check up. I was told that they will do their best to make that happen. I had 18 x-rays, a full thorough check up, and cashed out in 18 minutes. Nascar has nothing on these guys! Thank you so much for being so accommodating.

I absolutely LOVE going to my dental exams and appointments at Creekside Family Dentistry!! Entire staff are warm, welcoming, understanding and very knowledgeable. Best of all, they still provide hygentist services, with an actual dental hygienist, and Karen is fabulous! Can not see why anyone would look beyond their clinic. Thee best!

Back in 2019 my tooth fell out. Creekside quickly created a retainer while they went through multiple surgeries to fix gums which had severely deteriorated. It was a long battle but none of the doctors settle for good enough. No one can even tell which tooth is an implant. Thank you Creekside - StevieJ
