My first time for a root canal, doctor and assistant were very friendly, made sure i was comfortable. Staff has gone above and beyond for me and for that I am grateful.

Had a horrible experience here, after my root canal the front office demanded a payment of $1200, did not mention or ask anything about insurance, when I told them I had insurance the lady said it could take up to 30 days however they needed payment. I informed them I could not pay it at the moment and she said well can you pay half? I said no I can't, she proceeded to tell me they needed payment and a card to put on file. She was very rude, didn't care about the insurance saying we will refund you if insurance covers. I paid $200 and had to put my debit card on file and said my payments would be around $190. I was referred by my dentist from Arden Park and informed them, Elizabeth spoke to them as well and they told her they were going to call me. I NEVER got that call, I had to call them to get information regarding my insurance. Total headache I would not recommend this office! Arden Park Dental isn't referring to them anymore.

I have previously had a very bad experience getting a root canal. I shared this with Dr. Ruvim Zhuk and told him how anxious and nervous I was. He was so kind, gentle and told me everything he was doing. He checked in with me and when I started to feel a little pain he stopped and provided more numbing. He was wonderful! I could not have asked for a better dentist to do my root canal and I'm so grateful he was so patient and kind to me! I highly recommend. The staff was also very kind and welcoming! Thank you everyone at Creekside!!!

Dr. Antonenko went the extra mile to accommodate at the last minute w/o extra charge. He was caring and thorough. The office staff was very nice.

Wonderful people, impressive technology, and a good experience with a serious procedure. Dr. Andrey Antonenko was very kind, considerate, patient and professional. I am a VERY highly sensitive person, to all things, not limited to dental procedures, but including, light, sound, noise and emotion. So anticipating an urgent root canal caused me great anxiety. But they handled that anxiety very patiently, and the procedure went well. I experience far less pain than I anticipated. Brittney, Sierra, April and the others were all very kind to me, and they know their work very well. I would recommend anybody needing a similar procedure to work with them.

Greedy and unhelpful. I went in there crying in pain because of a root canal that needed to be done. I am low income and am on my partners insurance just so I stand a chance to get any kind of work done and made that known. I had already spent money on two bridges and a crown at Doctor Andrea Joy Smiths office across the street and they decided to put a temporary crown over the infected tooth without spotting the need for a specialist until less than a week later I was in unbearable pain. So I was referred to this place across the street because Dr. Smiths office failed to spot this. I was in there all of 10 minutes at Creekside and got a CT scan and while the dentist was nice all he did was basically say to have it pulled with an implant put in place of it or have the root canal done. They offered no pain meds. They numbed me up and that didn't even last an hour and had to go back to Dr. Smith's office in tears begging for pain meds. Ridiculous to go through with the kind of agony I was in. After appointment at Creekside office April came and spoke to us outside to see maybe if they could waive their sky high consultation fee. They did not waive it at all. 300 dollars for 10 minutes of time to be just told to have it pulled? No pain meds for the out of this world pain I was experiencing? This place is greedy and fleeced me. My review doesn't have to do with the bedside manner but rather feeling ripped off. Even Dr. Smith's office across the street gave a free consultation. They could have at least given me a break on the fee or reduced it some. This office does not cater to poor people. Go here if your rich and have top notch insurance. And if your in agony from pain don't expect any meds to help the pain. I had to laugh looking at the recommendation for Tylenol on the treatment plan. What a joke. I would not recommend this place and won't go here again. Too pricey and greedy.

Very impressed with the professionalism and "bedside manner." They were able to fit me in for an emergency (to me) type of appt. I was apprehensive because of the pain and not knowing if my tooth could be saved. The Dr. explained every step and was successful with the treatment provided. Would recommend their services to all. Thanks again for the terrific service.

I had a very good experience in creekside clinic. The staff was very caring and patient. Dr. Zhuk did a great job on my root canal. I'm very thankful how he explained every detail of my procedure
