He spent two years serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Japan, after which he did his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University. He graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1999.

He wanted to become a dentist since a very young age, as he watched his father and four older brothers enjoy the profession before him. He is lucky enough to work with one of those brothers everyday at Creekside Dental in Yakima.

Dr. Bennett loves his profession and enjoys learning new things within the field of dentistry. He loves spending time with his wife and children in the snow, the water, and in the mountains. Dr. Bennett welcomes you to Creekside Dental and looks forward to helping you maintain a great smile.

David Packard, DMD Dr. David Packard has been a practicing dentist since 1993. He studied as an undergraduate at Brigham Young University and graduated from Oregon Health Science University School of Dentistry. He practiced dentistry in Carlsbad, CA several years before moving to Yakima in 1996.

Dr. David is fluent in Spanish, having served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Chile for two years. He enjoys working with the Hispanic community as well as kids and adults alike. He loves enhancing patients overall appearance and confidence through dental procedures.

Dr. Mark Walker Hi, I am Dr. Mark Walker and am excited to be your new dentist. I love all aspects of dentistry while treating both children and adults. My goal is to make your experience as easy as possible while getting you the healthiest smile possible. I have been practicing dentistry since 2015 and have been working at Creekside Dental since 2020. I am super grateful to the Packards for letting me be a partner in such a caring office. We really do want the best for our patients and enjoy that so many patients have made and continue to make Creekside their dental home.

So a little about me, I grew up on a farm in Othello WA. I earned my undergraduate degree from BYU-Idaho and graduated from Kornberg School of Dentistry Temple University in 2015. Learned Portuguese while serving a two year mission in Brazil for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. That has helps me understand a lot of Spanish and I can speak a little. I am happily married and have five wonderful children and a sixth on the way. I love playing and spending time with my family. I look forward to meeting you and taking care of your dental needs.

Mindi RDH, EFDA, BS I have been with Creekside Dental since 2000 and in the field of dentistry since the 1970s. I love working here and could not imagine a better or more positive working environment. I respect the kindness, knowledge, and excellent skills of Dr. David, Dr. Bennett, and Dr. Mark that enables us to provide the best possible dental care. I look forward to the diversity of my days as a clinical dental hygienist and back office manager. I especially enjoy working with children to alleviate their fears and build a trusting relationship. My goal is to ensure that you and your family have a positive experience in our office. In my free time I can be found spending time with family, gardening, and scuba diving.

Beth B. RDH I have worked as a dental hygienist at Creekside since 1999. My career in dentistry began in 1987 as a dental assistant. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, camping, fishing, road trips with my boyfriend, Eric, and spending time with my son, Riley.

Brianna, RDA Ive been with Creekside since 2002. I primarily work with Dr. Walker, but you might find me helping in other areas of the office as needed. When Im not working, you can find me spending time with my family. I love to read, craft, quilt, and work on my family history.

Kelly, RDH I live in the country with two horses, a dog and a cat. I have ridden competitively in the past, but now enjoy riding and camping in the mountains. I spent many years involved in agriculture before pursuing my dream of becoming a hygienist. I have been with Creekside since 2004.

Leslee I am the front office manager. I have been here since 1990 and cannot imagine working anywhere else! I am here to take care of my doctors, the staff and our patients. I am married to a fantastic man and we have one, beautiful, dog. I love to travel/camp/explore new areas, meet new people, hike/walk, watch the Seahawks and spend time with my family! Life is good!

Cindy S. I have been with the practice since 1999. Ive worked in all areas and am currently a dental assistant. My husband and I have two beautiful children and spend our time supporting them in their extra-curricular activities.

Quenia RDA Hello! My name is Quenia and I have been a dental assistant at Creekside Dental since 1993. I am so proud to be working for such an amazing dental office. It is very rewarding and gives me the desire to give all I can. I find joy in helping and interacting with our patients, many who have become like family over the years. Jessica S. RDH I was raised and educated in the Yakima Valley, graduating from YVCC Dental Hygiene in 2004. I have been practicing here at Creekside Dental since 2005. I really enjoy building long term relationships with our patients and helping them to improve their oral health through education. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two beautiful children. We love traveling, spending time outdoors, and camping with friends and family.

Dan G. RDH Creekside Dental hygienist since 2006. Ten years and going with Creekside. Aside from friendships made, I truly appreciate the family activities Creekside sponsors and the time off they give us with our families over the Christmas break. My education includes: Associates of Arts from Yakima Valley Community College in 2001, an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from YVCC in 2006, and a Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Contract (Magna Cum Laude) from Heritage University in 2010. I speak two languages; English is my primary or native tongue; Spanish is my secondary. I am married with four children, and am always involved with and/or playing soccer.

Michele C. CDA, EFDA I have been at Creekside Dental since 1988 and became a chair side assistant for Dr. David Packard in 2001. I continued my education in 2012. I received my E.F.D.A. ( Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) License. I feel lucky to work in an office where I respect and share the caring philosophy that drives our practice. In my free time I enjoy reading, floral decorating, traveling and spending time with my amazing family.

Maribelle, Greeter My name is Maribelle, and I am the greeter here at Creekside Dental. I joined Creekside in 2016 and I am grateful to work with such a wonderful team. I enjoy my job as I get to meet new people and look forward to providing you all with a great experience! I love spending my spare time on road trips with my family around the Pacific Northwest.

Stacy, Data Entry I became part of the Creekside family June of 2016. I love my job and truly enjoy coming to work! I was born and raised in Yakima. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Lupita, Dental Assistant Hello! My name is Lupita and I have been a dental assistant since 2016. I started as a pediatric dental assistant and loved educating the parents and children in oral hygiene. I started my dental career while I was studying for my undergrad in Pullman and moved back home to Yakima in 2021. I love being challenged at work and learning new things. Working at Creekside is awesome! The people I work alongside are very positive and supportive. As a bi-lingual speaker and part of the Hispanic community I strive to educate my community, as well as anyone else, about the importance of oral health. In my spare time I like to spend quality time with my daughter Kaylee and husband Eli. We like to go on hikes, workout, and love traveling. In the future I would like to continue my education in the dental field as an EFDA or hygienist. I cannot wait to see where my time at Creekside takes me!
