Dr. Floyd Packard has been a practicing dentist for over 32 years. He graduated in the class of 1984 from UCLA. Dr. Packard continues his education of the latest dental techniques and technologies with special emphasis in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implant restoration, and sedation dentistry. Education coupled with experience allows him to continually deliver the premium quality results his patients have come to expect. Dr. Packard is bilingual in English and Spanish. He enjoys spending time with his wife and witnessing his children become the successful adults he aspires them to be. In his free time, youll find him taking part in any number of outdoor activities. He has a special interest in aviation. Dr. Kimball Larsen has been a practicing dentist since 2005. He is originally from Texas, but now calls Washington home. He graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas and joined Creekside Dental in 2007. He continues his education daily and will often be found giving good-natured quizzes to his dental team. Dr. Larsen loves humor and incorporates it into his day to help patients feel comfortable and at ease. His love for learning and teaching and his light-hearted approach to life allow him to continually deliver premium quality dentistry in a fun atmosphere. Dr. Larsen became fluent in Spanish during the time he lived in Spain. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and appreciates the fact that his growing family keeps him grounded. Other interests include travel and gardening. Dr. Larsen welcomes you to Creekside Dental, a place where personalized attention and great value provide brilliant results every time.
Dr. Bennett Larsen is originally from Texas. His wife is a Washington native, and that is what prompted his move to our state. He loves Central Washingtons mild weather and four seasons. Dr. Bennett, as he is known here, graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2013. He and his wife are busy with their four children, and in his spare time, he loves to cook. Dr. Bennett is a perfectionist who is passionate about great dentistry. He was delighted to join the Creekside Team, and he cant wait to make YOU smile.

I feel I was always pushed to leave a good review almost backed into a corner. I feel like if you want to give a review it should come from yourself and not being asked every time you go in to have your teeth cleaned -it was a little too much. It's like they're on a mission to get the most reviews. I decided to edit my review. I was going to this dentist For five years And had a cleaning every six months. never once was I told I had any decay underneath my fillings at Creekside. I moved out of state found a new dentist 6 months after seeing Creekside And had x-rays and it showed decay under my fillings. FYI- Creekside Dental is not a preventative dental office they obviously only deal with people who come in with the root canals and crowns instead of trying to treat the problem upfront. they'd rather you just be in pain and come in for the big dollar items down they road. I am not impressed and don't believe that this dental practice works based off of preventative care. Go somewhere else.

I've been going to Creekside Dental for several years now and I really like it there. It's very clean and staff is friendly! I just had a cleaning yesterday. Jasmine was my hygienist and was great. She answered my questions and was very informative. I appreciated that. Looking forward to my next appointment

I just recently was afforded the opportunity to be able to go to the dentist again after about twenty years of not having dental coverage. Needless to say there was a lot of work that needed done. Ariana was so professional. She takes that extra special care. The kind of care that makes things that usually hurt a lot not hurt in the slightest. This kind of care rarely exists anymore and Ariana at Creekside Dental provides it with a smile. Thanks Ariana!

Love love love coming to see Dr. Bennett. He is very gentle, caring, and understanding. EVERYONE there wants to make the experience great for you. And the most important part, COMFORTABLE! They care about you fears, anxiety, and concerns. They always greet me with my name and always remember me. And my hygienist, Barb, what a wonderful lady. They also came out with a little comfort boom recently. Chapsticks, water, pillows, even a stress ball. There was more on there but holy jezz! Ever since I started coming here too, I have been cavity free and they make me always want to come back. Thank you so much for making the dentist a great place to be! Keep up the good vibes

Well they were supposedly going to call me to schedule another appointment for my dad 6 weeks later after his appointment... 12 weeks later still no call or nothing until I ended up calling and their excuse was "they forgot about him..." but like how can you forget about calling? That place is like a learning school for beginners not knowing what to do. Struggling and struggling

I have been seen by this clinic 3 years ago and had a pleasant experience even with a deep cleaning, which was uncomfortable as any treatment can be. The staff back then were very accommodating through the cleaning, and this was the main reason I chose to return for a second opinion on some new treatments. Eddie is professional and personable. It's apparent he loves what he does, which says a lot about the business itself. I forgot the doctors name (sorry!). She took the time to review my recommended treatments without being pushy to get them done today. I felt she truly cared that I understood what was needed and answered my questions fully. I won't be going anywhere else as long as the quality stays as great as it is. Good job!

Went in for a filling and two weeks later needing a root canal on the same tooth. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
