Very professional and friendly. I have never had an issue with any service since coming here over the past few years. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful and getting anything you need done in a timely manner.

As a new patient to Creekside I immediately felt that my fears and concerns were heard and validated. I had a negative experience with my last dentist and told them so. The staff went above and beyond to help me address the issues from my last dentist. They volunteered to take a look at the billing mess my previous dentist left me with, and help me figure it out. They quoted me a much better price and made triple sure my insurance was actually run. They also double checked the tooth that was bugging me (one that my previous dentist worked on and has been hurting ever since). They explained what had gone wrong in a clear manner and let me see the x-rays so I could see what had happened myself. They gave me options and respected my choices. And they gave me baseball tickets. For a first appointment, I'm pretty impressed.

We are fairly new patients of Dr. Kidman, and very pleased. He and his whole staff are competent and courteous. I am very pleased that he thoroughly discussed treatment alternatives with me--both pro and con, and cost, for each, allowing me the decision. We highly recommend Creekside Dental.

They opened for an extra Monday to fit us into the schedule. Dr. Kidman is great and his staff is knowledgeable and kind. We are very happy with the care we received.

Dr. Kidman has been our family dentist for years. I recommend his practice very strongly because it is so well managed, and because of his integrity and skill. His front office is top-notch, and his staff will go above and beyond to help you understand any costs and answer questions about dental insurance. I am always pleased with the quality of work performed by him and by his hygienists, they care about every individual patient, and it shows. I have worked in dental offices and have been a patient over the years at two prestigious dental schools, and I am always impressed with Dr. Kidman's knowledge and his ability to clearly explain options in layman's terms. He is conservative, and only recommends dental work that is truly necessary. In a world where so many practices don't have the patient's best interest at heart, this one really stands out for putting their patients first. You will be in the best hands at Creekside Dental!
