They only cater to people with money. If you don't make an appointment with them when they want, they literally drop you as a patient. They don't say that though they call it "being on call". Meaning you can't come in to be seen until someone cancels their appointment for that particular day. So if your unavailable when they call you then you still won't be seen until the next cancelation. But of course only if your available that day, very frustrating to say the least. Mind blowing how the owner/operator is so blinded by $$$ instead of giving people a break. Not everyone is fortunate in that department. Smh.

We just moved to Ellensburg and it was time to find a new dentist. It was a little weird for me because I have been in the dental field ( now retired from it) for a little over 31years. I am very happy and satisfied with Dr. Kevin and his team! Our visits were very comfortable and the work is top notch! I highly recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Had root canal done and Kevin Packard was awesome. Barely felt the shot!! True professionals! I highly recommend Creekside Dental

We just started going to Creekside after moving and are extremely happy with their office. Rachelle is amazing with my boys (ages 6 & 8)!! The way she interacts with them removes any fears they have and makes the entire experience comfortable and fun. Thank you!!!

Our family has been to 3 local Dental Practices and Dr. Kevin is, by far, the most thorough, honest and clinically competent Provider we have encountered. I would recommend him with flying colors.

My daughter was actually really nervous about the cleaning because she hasn't had great experiences with dentists but the lady that cleaned her teeth here was super gentle so I think her attitude about dentists has changed.

Not a good experience for our family in terms of service, wait times, chair-side manner, or quality of care. When our insurance allowed us to move we took the opportunity to do so.

Very hypocritical & immature staff, nothing but insurance problems, and will cut your treatment service right in the middle of a tooth emergency via a cowardly mail letter so you can't explain your side of an "issue" - leaving you in a total uncaring & painful lurch. And my side being - don't bother to small talk the staff, pay them any compliments whatsoever, nor talk about any sort of news / pop culture because they will take it as "inappropriate". Yet when the entire front desk staff wants to have a booming talk about hiring ideal male strippers at 10:20am, radiating all kinds of offensiveness down the halls for all to hear, it's OK. Good riddance - save yourself some major pain, time, and headaches and avoid this charade.
