The technology at Creekside Dental, Inc. is far more on the cutting edge than most offices. The sign-in process is computerized and allows you to fill in your pertinent information to check-in without displaying to other patients that you are in the office. Have a new home address, email or phone number? No worries because you can update this information at the kiosk as soon as you sign-in. In addition, our kiosk snaps a photo of you to add to your file, which our staff uses for identification purposes only.
You have the option to complete your new patient paperwork or update your medical history form in the comfort of your own home via our website (under Patient Resources) or on an iPad in our office. This feature allows your entire dental record to be computerized and remain in one place at all times. In addition, if we need to partner with a specialist, your records can easily be transferred securely and electronically with the click of a button.
Computer digital image processing is the wave of the future in dentistry. With this new technology we can more rapidly diagnose and treat our patients. As a result we now have digital x-ray in all of our treatment rooms.
Why is digital x-ray beneficial to you? For starters you are exposed to a lot less radiation, 75% less to be more precise. Secondly because there is no developing process, the results are available much faster and are stored on a computer so it can be viewed much quicker at any time. The images are also available for the patients to see both for educating them and discussion of treatment.
Creekside Dental is proud to have as its doctor and CEO, Dr. Brian S. Deas, a native of the West Georgia area. After graduating from Bowdon High School, he attended theUniversity of Georgiawhere his major was Biology. Dr. Deas began his professional career at theUniversity of Tennessee, where he obtained a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After leaving Tennessee, he moved back to Georgia to practice comprehensive and cosmetic dental care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Brian S. Deas is a member of the American Dental Association,American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Deas is licensed in the state of Georgia and has credentials to be licensed in South Carolina, Tennessee, Illinois, Kentucky and Virginia.
Dr. Brian S. Deas is a talented and trusted dentist known for his comforting chairside manner with an upbeat, infectious attitude. He works hard to put his patients at ease answering any questions they may have about their procedures because he knows that the more informed patients are about their procedures, the less anxious they are likely to be.
Dr. Candice Hardwick graduated Cum Laude from Albany State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She obtained a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. She completed advanced education in a General Dentistry Residency Program at Lutheran Medical Center in Atlanta, where the curriculum included advanced topics in providing treatment for special needs, medically complex and geriatric patients, emergency management and practice management.
Dr. Candice Hardwick is very enthusiastic about Dentistry. She enjoys most that her dental patients present a unique problem solving opportunity to address their concerns in regards to their oral health. After a hard day of work, she enjoys curling up with a good book or watching a hilarious comedy. Her favorite guilty snack is cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries. If she were not a Dentist, should would have likely been an accomplished musician as she enjoys playing the violin, piano and singing. The best health and beauty tip that she offers her patients is to drink plenty of water as water does the body and teeth good! Her best anti-aging advice is to laugh hard and laugh often.

Great customer service surrounded by beautiful decor. This is the most pleasant dental visit you will ever experience. I'm a new patient and have been seen three times. The office itself is nice and I can tell the team takes pride in their surroundings. When I arrive I'm greeted by name l, mainly because the have a photo to identify patients but still it's a nice touch to be greeted that way. Dr. Hardwick has been great. Fixing what is necessary and giving a realistic treatment plan for future follow up. I've had some very poor experiences in the past but I think I may have found a dental home Creekside Dental.

Creekside Dental has by far been the best dental office ever. They are very attentive your needs as a patient. You are treated with dignity and as an individual and not a number. They listen to your dental concerns and needs and they don't pressure you for services. They make your dental visit personal and welcoming. Amazing dental office. Customer service is exceptional. Work is awesome. Attention to detail like no other. Office is beautiful and staff are all friendly and accommodating. The best dentist office I have ever been to and I've had several in my lifetime. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dr Deas and Pam Deas are absolutely incredible. They have been my go to dentist for years. You can not find more excellent service provider, higher professionalism, better flexibility, and a more gregarious and pleasant place. I absolutely love the climate and culture! OMG if you need a dentist, go here. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist but I read the reviews and decided to call. I'm so thankful I did. They receptionist were amazing and so kind. The office was amazing and clean. The woman who took my xrays was super nice. She explained any question I had in detail. She engaged with me about my personal life. The dentist was also very kind and didnt hurt me at all while checking my teeth. He also explain everything to me in detail. They are not out to get your money or do unnecessary work like other dentist. 10/10 recommend! They helped make me feel calm and comfortable. They also didn't shame me for not caring about my teeth as much as I should've which I appreciated.

I had not been to the dentist in several years due to extreme anxiety, and I have to say working with the staff and doctors at Creekside has alleviated my anxieties so much. From the time I called to set up a new patient appointment with Simone, all the way through checkout I felt seen, validated and well informed as to what to expect throughout my visit. No shame for not having been to the dentist in years! Dr. Hardwick is awesome, and so carefully explained what was happening all the way through my treatments. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Everyone (and I mean everyone) I encounter is so friendly, kind, and professional. I have been well cared for all the way through my treatment plan, and I am confident I will be coming to this team for care for the foreseeable future.
