In October 2020, a family owned and operated dental practice from Binghamton, NY bought Creekside Dental due to Dr. Goel leaving New York State for personal family circumstances. Lalor Family Dental has had a proven track record of providing dental care since 1964 in New York. Our family-based, patient-centric approach has yielded great success in providing results patients can smile about. Our mission is and has always been to put our patients first. Absolute RUSH job I have ever had to do (3) filling, let along they couldn't wait to get you out of the chair fast enough. I paid cash money . I keep telling the dentist my tooth didn't feel right , the dentist keep say no it just the numbing medicine. Well NO it's not, now I sharp tooth that's not right. I live 45 mins away , and solo person taking care of my 95 mom. I have to pay some one to take of her so I can go to appointment. Do you think that dentist going to pay me to go back and fix the issue. Gas and time are issue for must people. The office manger was unavailable , no call back as of yet .

My daughters and I came here after an awful visit somewhere else and had a terrific experience. My 10-year-old even said how much she loved the dentist and tech who worked with her AFTER they gave her a filling!

The staff at Creekside are wonderful. They have made our kids feel very comfortable and did a thorough. Dr. B sent our son a little note and stickers thanking him for being such a good patient. A very thoughtful gesture and our some thought it was cool.

All staff members were polite and helpful. The dentists were great with both myself and my children. It has a welcoming atmosphere and I would highly recommend.

Like many people I do not enjoy going to the dentist, so I'm especially grateful that everyoneI have encountered at Creekside Dental has been kind, patient, and empathetic. I'm so appreciative that they take time to explain what they're doing and answer any questions. This is a great practice, especially for those of us who have dental anxiety.

Always very pleasant and from my experience highly competent regardless of the services received. They will work with you on treatment plans and payment if your insurance is not accepted there. I highly recommend Creekside.

Since first coming to this practice, I've had nothing but positive experiences. The entire staff is professional and unlike some other facilities I've been to, don't treat a patient like cattle headed for the packing plant. That for me says a lot about their philosophy and is why I'll continue to be a patient here. They do it right!

Paid $48.00 for dental exam. Dentist spent less than 2 minutes. I paid them in full since they no longer accept my insurance. They billed the insurance, making sure they got the payment from my insurance as well and then they kept the insurance payment as well. This place is no longer the local, friendly dentist office that it once was.

Absolutely greatest experience. I have a very unique situation and many dentist are unwilling or unable to work with me. Dr. Nolan and staff were amazing. They were able to work around my situation and do my much needed dental work. They truly go above and beyond.

They were excellent! I highly recommend them especially Dr.Kwen.He did great with my fillings, also built up a tooth I thought wasn't worth saving. As a person who works in healthcare myself it's nice to see they are genuine , and kind. The Dental assistant was great, the Front Desk girls were great as well!

My Creekside Dental appointment was best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I haven't been to the dentist since I moved to the Syracuse area, and they kindly took me in as a new patient. Kendra, April, and Dr. Kweun were/are all excellent: they thoroughly explained everything they did and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Creekside to anyone who looking for a dentist that treats their clients well.

Great office staff, including doctors, hygienists, and assistants. They are very good at what they do, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office and facilities are clean and have what appear to be top of the line technology. All in all, a great dental office and lucky to have in the Cazenovia area.
