You can feel the positive energy in the building, everybody was greeting you. The receptionist made me and my wife feel welcomed. They also keep you updated on what they are gonna do next, instead of letting you sit there guessing. My own personal experience, it was 2 thumbs up.

They cancelled my appointment since I didn't send them a confirmation 24 hours before my appointment. (There was nothing in the paperwork I signed which said I would confirm 24 hours before the appointment). And if the cancellation comes from the patient 24 hours before the appointment, they can charge you $100 no-show fee. Very underhanded.

Dr. Bal is honest and does a good job. I feel safe with her and am so happy to have her care. Staff is very friendly and caring also.

Went to the wrong doctor. Although I was very late. Creekside took me in and the owner dentist did the work on me. I felt very grateful for her help.

Excellent Dental Practice everyone Dr Bal , Mandy , Vicky are beyond amazing .They make you feel like your part of there family .Let's face it the dentist is not everyone's favorite place it certainly isn't mine . But I wouldn't go anywhere else they treat you with kindness and compassion and explain everything thoroughly.Highly recommend them .

I'm a person who only goes to the dentist as needed due to fear, when I tell you, I informed staff of my anxiety. They took SUCH great care of me! friendly, personable, patient service THE BEST! DR. BAL AND VICKY the super women of the practice. My kids seen how well they took care of me, they even became patients. Highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience here. I was very nervous because last couple times at different dentists weren't so great. These gals took very gentle care of me, using some high tech device to make double sure I would experience no pain at all in removing my infected tooth. They were very friendly and kind. Price also seemed good (though I didn't shop around, I was just glad they had a cancellation and could fit me in). I will 100% go here next time.
