As an Issaquah and Greater Seattle dentist, Dr. Callisto Rojas has a passion for helping his patients; he truly believes there is nothing better than helping people smile. Dr. Rojas first began his career as a third-grade public school teacher in Nevada. During that time, he decided he wanted to pursue his dream of becoming adentist. He obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from theUniversity of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Rojas continued his cosmetic dental training and graduated with top honors in his Advanced Education in General Dentistry from Washington State. As a Seattle dentist he uses extensive comprehensive training tohelp people.His modern practice allows him to provide state-of-the-art dental technology for all of his patients with cosmetic, Invisalign, and family dentistry.

Ive been working with the Creekside team since 2015. Working at the front desk I love helping our patients understand the ins and outs of their dental benefits and how to they could be best applied to their chosen care. My Daughter took a nasty fall in June and chipped her two front teeth. Everyone there was so helpful in getting her in as soon as possible and work on fixing her teeth. The flexibility and openness to see DR. Rojas is just one of the many reason we visit the dental office. The entire team is friendly, flexible and good at what they do. Our whole family visits Creekside including two college age kids who travel up to Issaquah to see him. I cannot thank Dr. Rojas and Creekside Dental Arts enough for taking such good care of us and my daughter in an emergency situation. Kudos to all of you. Thanks again for being such a fantastic team.

Creekside Dental Arts has been my primary dentist for a couple of years. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and considerate. I feel like I'm getting good dental care. Great experience!

Update as of 2/11/22: After the updated review was published yesterday, Dr. Rojas himself reached out to clarify where the upset is coming from and he assured me that it will be taken care of. They needed some time to process the claim as they were trying to make sure the best rate has been applied. This was something that could have been brought up during my visit but I'm pleased with the quick corrective action. I immediately saw the claim appear in my insurance portal. Nevertheless, a lot of unnecessary time was spent having this ironed out. Update as of 2/10/22: When I visited last month, I was told before I left the clinic that my insurance will be billed even though I paid an upfront cost. A few weeks after my visit, I followed up with my insurance provider this morning and they said the clinic never filed a claim. I called the clinic this afternoon and I was told that a claim was never filed and that my insurance came back as inactive when nothing has changed in my situation. They didn't bring this up at the time of visit when they had a chance to validate my insurance information. This is the first time that this has happened to me since 2019 and I hope that this is an isolated incident. My recommendation for existing and/or new patients is to ensure that the insurance has been properly aligned before/after the day of visit. --- Original Review: I've been with Creekside Dental since 2019 and I'm very happy with their office. The front office staff are very easy to communicate with (especially through email). They are very friendly and reasonable. The check-in process is very easy and wait times are always less than 5 mins. The hygienists provide candid feedback about your dental health while recommending steps to improve oral care. Dr. Rojas is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I've visited 2 dental clinics in the area before I decided to stay with Creekside. Unlike other dental clinics, I don't feel pressured in making big decisions that cost a lot of money whenever I visit - especially on my first visit. They provide you with honest feedback while offering different options to choose from.

*Fear of Dental Work*.... and now I am not. I can not give Dr Rojas and his team enough praise. I avoided the dentist for several years of my life and when I did drag myself in I had to have nitrous oxide to deal with my anxiety. I am now visiting the office on a quarterly basis nitrous free. My hygienist Britt is world class, caring, gentle, thorough, and professional. The view of the babbling creek is like a 45 minute meditation. Dr. Rojas is kind, empathetic, and his skills are unparalleled. In addition, they invest in the best state of the art technology in 3-D modeling, imaging, whitening, and data entry to constantly up their game. You can sincerely tell how much the staff enjoys working together. Thank you team Creekside!!!

I recently had a crown fall off and Dr. Rojas was able to see me the same day and get it repaired. He was very knowledgeable and adjusted the crown so it fits better than ever! He was really nice, and so was his assistant Angela. I'm looking forward to scheduling a cleaning and check up soon.

I recently switched from another dental office because a friend recommended Dr. Rojas and his practice. It has been a five star experience from the beginning. I had a bad toothache and Dr. Rojas was accurate that I needed a root canal. He referred me to Issaquah Endodontics and I had a great experience with the team there. Later, I went back to Dr. Rojas to have a crown put in and he and his staff were excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Rojas and his professional, caring staff. They will take care of you.

Loved it! Great atmosphere, good vibes! My mother in-law Angela works here and she recommended me after a bad experience with sunset dental in issaquah. I was looking to get an extraction which sunset quoted me $1100 JUST FOR AN EXTRACTION!! Ridiculous! Dr Rojas at creekside dental recommended a root canal, which I was nervous about because I dont have insurance, so I was worried about the price but his price was well below $1100, and was willing to work with me on payments. I would strongly recommend creekside dental! 5 stars all day!!!

I'm a fairly new patient to Creekside Dental, and am very happy with my experience so far. I followed the dental hygienist, Britt, from another office, because she is amazing, and the only hygienist I would want working in my mouth. So far, Dr.Rojas has exceeded my expectations for a dentist. I have had TMJ for over 15 years and have received various diagnoses and recommendations from dentists and orthodontists over the years, including jaw surgery, Botox, and other invasive procedures. Within 5 minutes, Dr.Rojas noticed a problem that had been overlooked by every other dentist I have seen, and I am now undergoing a non invasive treatment to fix it. He is great at explaining things in layman's terms, and at making you feel comfortable with how to proceed with your treatment. The assistants and office staff are all lovely and very professional also. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Rojas and his staff are professional and friendly. I have been going to their office for over 10 years and have always received exceptional care. The entire staff is efficient and transparent in all aspects of your visit; from dental care to billing. I would highly recommend visiting them for any dental services.

Being a former Dental Assistant, I am very picky about who I have for a dentist. Dr. Rojas has been my dentist for a very long time. I trust his opinion and his work. Thank you as well to Brit for being a great Hygienist for someone who has sensitive teeth your are thorough but gentle. The entire office is very sweet and friendly. Thank you to all of you.

I was very impressed for my first visit. Dr. Rojos asked me what my concerns were and offered a few scenarios for treatment. I felt very comfortable with the whole staff. I've been seeing Britt, the dental hygienist for 15+ years now, and am happy to have followed her here.

I've gotten the best care from Dr. Rojas and his staff! They are very professional with your dentistry and really listen to your concerns. They always ask "What do you want done first?". They work with you together on a plan that fits your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Rojas!
