After making about eight phone calls in dire pain at 4pm with an emergency this was the only Doctor who told me to come in "immediately". They didn't even know me. No insurance, and they are willing to work with you on flexible payments. Finally a dentist I can trust to help me with my teeth both financially and comfortably.

I just started working at this facility. Dr. Mohan is one of the best doctors I've ever worked for! Her associate, Dr Shau it's also one of the best. Working with these doctors they treat their patients as family. They take all the measurements to make sure their patients get the best Treatment possible! I recommend this place and give it a five star if I can give it 100 stars, I would. You will not be disappointed what so ever in their services. They take their time at explaining to each patients dental situation in full length and we'll decide what is the best treatment offered to you. Patient satisfaction is number one in this office. I been going to this dentist for about a year and a half. My daughter has Autism and she has done the cleaning once with a general anesthesia. The first time they charged me 200 because of fluoride and local pain anesthesia.... My daughter was under general anesthesia. I said ok I paid the 200 and went my way. I had an appointment a week ago for my daughter everything was plan and the office manager told me that I need to pay 250 for the visit. Keep in mind that I have insurance that covers 100 %including the fluoride. I asked to explained why the 250. The office manager told me that it was a "special case" because they need to have oxygen and she has Autism?? First the tank of oxygen was not going to be used unless my daughter had a respiratory problem while under why I have to pay before hand?? I asked the why while she answer you want to cancel? I requested a detailed invoice in which they said they were going to do. The next day they call me to cancel the appointment and they were going to return the money. As of now No reschedule or money. The dentist is good the but the inconsistency on the bills and double charging is insane. Also, my daughter has a disability and she knew how hard it is to do cleaning with her but I didn't think that this was going to be a reason for discrimination.

I recently went in for a Wisdom tooth removal and was poked 4 times in the lip, jokes about my pain while Heaney trying to rip my tooth out and tells me to man up and after all that I get to leave home without any meds for the pain. Nice people help, terrible doctor

Every time I come here the Drs and staff make sure I'm comfortable the whole time. All of their equipment is new and it's virtually painless. I have had some major work done on my teeth and they have explained every step to me along the way. They have made it easy for me to keep coming back for years I avoided the dentist and I'm paying for it now but I won't do that anymore since the people here always are gentle and do great work!

I've overcame fears and embarrassment once I started coming to see Dr S. Lupe his assistant is also nice and understanding. The staff is very friendly as well. I enjoy my trips to this dentist.

A part of my tooth chipped off suddenly. I called 30 minutes before they closed. They told me to come on in because I was freaking out. Within 30 minutes of my tooth chipping, I had a temporary filling to last me until my next visit. They were life savers!

Very friendly and helpful. Able to get my fiance in immediately for wisdom teeth removal and able to schedule me in for a cleaning quickly. I highly suggest going here for dental work!

If you are in the Lansing area and need a quality dental hygienist you should stop by painless dentistry and see Dr. Mason. The staff is friendly and Dr. Mason is a person of the people. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be returning. Stay blessed
