Had a cleaning and a few fillings replaced this week--and very happy I found this place! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, everything was clearly explained to me step by step as it was being done. Dr. Cockrell was very gentle and checked in to make sure I was still comfortable throughout the procedure which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend.

The staff at this dentist is great and so kind. The service is amazing. The office is so modern and beautiful. They have new ownership (Kusp Dental), which seems to be a good fit for me so far. I have felt taken care of. When I went fo fillings today, they made sure I was always comfortable and even redid a filling that the previous dentist here (Creek Dental Group) did, so that was nice.

They scheduled an appointment with my boyfriend for today at 9 m. Sent him a confirmation and everything for this appointment. He got there and the dentist isn't even open. Ridiculous.

I have anxiety disorder and history of panic attacks. I have a bad phobia of the dentis and was having panic attacks throughout my whole procedure. Karina and Dr Thompson sang to me and helped to keep me calm. I will be coming back and not going anywhere else for my dental work. I appreciate the efforts of all staff since i'm n out exactly the easiest patient. Thank you

Doctor Pederson did an excellent job and was very nice and easy to talk to. The environment was clean and modern. I've had bad dental experiences in the pat, but this was not one of them! I'd recommend to any friends or family.

This was my first visit. I would highly recommend Creek Dental in Midvale, Utah. Great office staff who are very friendly. The hygienists was gentle and very detailed. She was very kind and listened to my concerns. She used an ultrasonic technique incorporated into the regular teeth cleaning of scale and polishing. My teeth have never felt cleaner! The dentist has a great bedside manner. He was very informative, detailed, and willing to work with a conservative approach for my treatment. There office is new, clean, and had some of the newest technology. The office set up is relaxing and anestheticly pleasing. I really liked there instant photos on the screen of my teeth. I didn't have to leave the chair and they were instantly shown on a large screen infront of the dental chair. This made it much easier and visible while Dr. Lemmon explained my troubled areas that needed work. Overall a great dental office and staff. Also a bonus is they have several locations and are the same company that runs and owns Burg Pediatric Dentistry whom we've trusted for over 15 years to treat all of our children. Thank you Creek Dental and Burg Pediatric Dentistry for your care and awesomeness in taking care of our whole family!

This was my first time as a patient at Creek Dental and what a beautiful office! The staff was amazing from when you are greeted at the front desk all the way through to X-ray, cleaning, and exam from the doctor. Props to everyone for making my experience at the dentist office a positive one!!

I recently switched dentists because I didn't enjoy my experiences at this practice. When I went to the new dentist, they removed the flimsy temporary crown done by Creek Dental and the tooth underneath had decay that went extremely deep. There was an actual hole in the tooth. For some reason, the dentist at this clinic did not say a word to me about the decay and still put a crown over the tooth, so I now have to spend more money and have work redone. The staff was nice and polite but based on my experience, it seems that transparency is not important at this clinic.

UPDATE: they changed ownership (early in 2020) (this used to be predentive and is now Creek dental) and the new owners are crooked in every way. He told us 3 of our 4 family member had cavities. A second opinion said 0 of 4 did. The billing has been impossible to work with. They billed everything wrong and are trying to charge us. TERRIBLE dentist-stay way from this dentist. Seriously run, fast. Old review: Super nice. On time. No sales or gimmicks. Clean and comfortable. Liked that I could trust they were not gonna "find" cavities. Took time to explain my x rays. Talked to me about my problem.

I will not be returning to Creek Dental Group at Union Park. As a medical office, I was astounded that the receptionist and hygienists were not wearing masks during a global pandemic. The hygienist took my x-rays without a mask, and she did not put it on until the cleaning began. I am well aware the state's mask mandate has ended, but a medical office should have higher regard for the health of their patients and for public health.

These guys are the best. The office is clean with all the latest equipment. The staff is incredibly friendly. The doctor is awesome. I never have to wait for my appointment and I am in and out in 40 minutes. On top of that my teeth never hurt after going to Creek Dental Group to be cleaned. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
