I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana, a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and a Master of Science and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Prior to becoming a pediatric dentist, I practiced as a general dentist for four years. During that time, I also taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year dental students at my alma mater, the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, as a clinical lecturer.
Creative Smiles Pediatric Dentistry came into being because I wanted to provide customized one-on-one personalized care to my patients. I want my patients and their parents to always feel like they have my full attention.

Dr. Nejay and her staff are absolutely amazing. We have 3 girls, 1 being on spectrum and its been a challenge trying to find a dentist that shows care, patience and understanding of her disability. They all know that it will be a challenge to get her cleaning complete but the empathy they have for her makes me know I made the right decision to move them over to Creative Smiles. Dr. Nejay answers all questions with transparency and if she doesn't know, she finds out and will contact you directly. My first interaction in asking questions, they were answered from Dr. Nejay, not her staff. I felt seen and that makes all the difference when you are a parent in advocating for your child(ren). Brianna at the front desk is equally helpful and so accepting of our girls! Thank you for always being great with your family!

We have had the best experience here! Dr. Nejay is absolutely wonderful. My daughter needed 6 teeth pulled per an orthodontic consult due to crowding. They recommended Creative Smiles and we are so glad they did. My daughter went from terrified and anxious to feeling very comfortable and safe with Dr. Nejay. I would highly recommend her and her staff for any pediatric dental needs.

We love Dr.Nejay and her staff. We've been going to Creative Smiles since 2020 and I recommend it to families whenever I can. The staff always makes my kiddo feel comfortable and I love how help reinforce the importance of taking care of your teeth. They're all super patient with the kids which is a great help!

Dr. Nejay and her staff are amazing! They are so patient and kind. They are wonderful with my kids who are afraid of going to the dentist. She calms their fears and makes them feel comfortable. She educates them on dental hygiene and emphasizes the importance and brushing and flossing without making anyone feel guilty.

I love this dentist for my daughter. All of the staff has been extremely patient with her over the last couple of years. She has a bit of a fear of the dentist right now(not due to them) and they speak so kindly and reassure her that everything will be alright. Hopefully my daughter learns to love coming for her appointments and all their hard work and patience pays off

Very clean and modern office. Dr. Nejay is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and very good with children. I was nervous to switch dentists since moving but I immediately felt at home at creative smiles pediatric dentistry. They actually care and are not after your money.
