Dr. Cohen is a talented dentist that has been serving in the Morganville & Marlboro areas for 25 years. His practice offers high-quality, trustworthy care for the whole family. Dr. Cohen graduated with high distinction in physiology from Rutgers College as a Henry Rutgers scholar. He then received his doctorate from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and was elected to the William Jarvie Society for Dental research. Dr. Cohen is an active member of the American Academy of implant dentistry and the Seattle Study Club.
Dr. Cohen grew up in New Jersey and is married to his wonderful wife Linda. Linda has a practice as an optician locally. Outside of their offices they enjoy travel, photography, architecture and design together.
Tania Rae is the insurance coordinator and receptionist at Creative Smiles. Tania has been working for Dr. Cohen since 2004. She takes pride ensuring patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Tania grew up in Brooklyn and moved to Marlboro, NJ in 1994. While working at Creative Smiles, Tania attended dental assistant services receiving her dental radiology license. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, taking art classes, and caring for her animals. She is always ready to help and comes to work with a smile on her face.
Christine is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has worked alongside Dr. Cohen since 1988. She grew up in Manalapan and graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry and Union County College. Christine prides herself on getting to know her patients and providing them with excellent care. She is proud to be a part of such an amazing team of dental professionals. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband and four beautiful children who reside in Elberon, NJ.
Carly Scarano is one of the practicing Dental Hygienists at Creative Smiles. She has been working with Dr. Cohen for the past twelve years, ensuring their patients are achieving optimal oral health care. Carly grew up locally and attended Middlesex County College where she received an Associate degree in Applied Science- Dental Hygiene. She is currently continuing her education, attending Rutgers University seeking a Bachelor of Science degree with a Dental Concentration. In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children, exercising, and reading. Carly is always excited to come to work and eager to implement individualized treatment plans to benefit her patients.
Tina grew up in Middletown and has recently moved to Union Beach where she now resides with her Fianc. Tina attended Dental Assistant Services where she received all of her Dental Assisting Certifications. She currently holds a Registered Dental Assistant Certification and has been performing as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant for 8 years. In her spare time Tina enjoys spending time with her niece and 2 nephews and going to concerts. Tina is a natural born leader and loves learning new dental techniques. Her top priority is to make the patients experience in the chair fast and pain free!

I highly recommend Creative Smiles for any dental needs. The staff is very attentive to all your needs and questions. I was seen exactly on the time of my appt. My cleaning was excellent with Chrissy and Dr. Cohen made feel very comfortable and at ease during my examination.

Dr.Cohen is actually an honest dentist. He only does what needs to be done, a rarity among other dentists in the area.. . He also did beautiful cosmetic work on my daughter's front tooth. But be sure you speak directly with the doctor! The staff is wonderful, but I had one person there call me at home and attempt to assertively tell me what I HAD to do, the money I had to spend before I even get to see the doctor, and what Dr. Cohen would/would not do, before I even stepped foot in the office. Luckily, Dr. Cohen did not agree (and probably did not even know) so it ended well with minimal work and a great outcome.
