Dr. Jeannie graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) cum laude with a B.S. in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies and a minor in Natural Sciences in 2004. She then graduated with honors (top 12% of her class) from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry in 2008, earning her degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. Continuing her love of education, Dr. Jeannie completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program from the Lutheran Medical Center in 2009.

Dr. Jeannie is dedicated to continuous learning and providing the best treatment for her patients. Both she and her husband have developed extensive treatment planning knowledge at Spear Center, as well as surgical implant and restorative knowledge through Hiossens Advanced Dental Implant Research and Education Center (AIC) and the Tucson Implant Study Club with Arizona Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Jeannie is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Southern Arizona Dental Association, and Pima Dental Study Club. She is also a member of the USC Alumni Club of Tucson and Oro Valley Toastmasters.

Dr. Jeannie Ju was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Arizona in 2009 to be with her husband and start a family. She enjoys reading, personal development, learning, running, exercise and Orangetheory, and most of all, being with her husband and son.

Dr. Sung is dedicated to continuous learning and providing the best treatment for his patients. Dr. Sung is originally from South Korea. At the age of 12, he and his family emigrated from South Korea to the United States. He spent a few years of his youth in Southern California before moving to Washington State where he attended high school and college.

Dr. Sung is an avid fan of soccer and hockey. His favorite hockey team is the Philadelphia Flyers.He also enjoys P.C. gaming and collecting and trading watches and cars. Most of all, he enjoys being a dad and a husband.

Hi! My name is Alicia and I am an Arizona native. Ive been creating smiles with Creative Smiles Dentistry for over 5 years. My role is business administrator which means I help ensure the needs of the practice are met so that we can provide you the best patient experience possible. My role also includes taking care of the doctors and the team, ensuring they feel appreciated. As the business administrator, one of my favorite things to do is order cake for our team's birthday lunches. I am blessed to have one son who is now 18. I enjoy traveling and hiking around Arizona with my 2 dogs, Bella and Koko.

Hi! My name is Jailenne Montalvo. I was born in Phoenix and have lived in Tucson for the past 15 years with my 3 brothers and my amazing mother. My favorite hobbies are playing soccer, going to the gym, and exploring and hiking outdoors. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and making the best of every moment. I graduated from Amphitheater High School in 2014. Go Panthers! As a child, I have always enjoyed going to the dentist which inspired me to take the initiative to enter the dental field. After graduating high school, I attended Carrington College for the Dental Assistant program and graduated in 2016. Immediately after my externship, I got hired. Since then I fell in love with the career and continue learning and growing in the dental field. As a dental assistant, seeing the joy I help bring to patients has been one of the many reasons I continue to do what I do.

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Wilton. I have lived in Tucson since I was 4 years old and my roots are in the desert. I graduated with my dental hygiene degree in 2013. During my time there I was awarded the Lucy Brajevich Scholarship from the Southern Arizona Dental Society. Dentistry has fulfilled my passion for helping others. Creative Smiles Dentistry has created an atmosphere that continues that passion. As a team, we care for our patients whole-body health and well-being. My husband and I lived in Colorado for the last 7 years. We moved back to the desert in June 2021 and are adjusting to being home. We miss the snow but it is definitely worth being close to family. We have two kids. Our daughter is 4 years old and our son is almost 1 year old. We always have a busy house! We love coffee shops and exploring the outdoors. We are hoping to get chickens and a garden set up in our backyard by summer.

Hi, Im Kenda Romero! I graduated with my Dentist Hygiene degree in 2003. During my time in school, I received the Proctor and Gamble Award for Outstanding Community Service. Being part of the Creative Smiles family has been such a wonderful experience for me and my career. I truly love providing exceptional patient care, and I am blessed to work with an awesome team. One of my favorite things about being a dental hygienist is the relationship I form with my patients. My husband and I are both Tucson natives. I have 3 sons, 2 stepdaughters, and 2 grandsons. I love taking trips to the mountains and enjoy camping and fishing with my family. I love animals and have enjoyed raising dogs, chickens, and dairy goats over the years.

Hi! My name is Lizzy Atwood. I am a dental assistant here at Creative Smiles and absolutely love what I do. I was born in California and have been in Tucson since 1999. In 2015, I graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Linguistics. I have spent the last 10 years working for Starbucks, and while I have enjoyed my time there, I found my second home here. I love spending time with my family, which includes my mom, dad, and sister. I enjoy going to the gym, being out in nature, and the company of friends. One of my most favorite activities is riding my horse, Olive. She is a black Danish Warmblood whose love language is quality time and carrots.

Hi, Im Miranda! Im proud to be a hygienist in this amazing dental family. I graduated with my Dental Hygiene degree in 2006, receiving the Hu Friedy Golden Scaler Award. My work in dental hygiene has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Hygienetown and Orthotown. I have worked in dentistry for 18 years. I began working as an orthodontic assistant, then moved towards dental hygiene. With all the new technology available, dental hygiene truly is an ever-changing career. I especially love working as an advocate for my patients and sharing the dental education needed for preventing oral health problems. I have a son that is in high school. When we can, we spend our free time enjoying the outdoors, fishing, and camping.

Hello! My name is Penny Pratt and I am the patient care coordinator here at Creative Smiles Dentistry. I have 18 years of dental office experience. I have to say, its GREAT to finally be back home in Tucson after almost 30 years away. My husband of 34 years took our family many places during his 20 years of service in the United States Air Force. After spending time in Okinawa, Japan, we settled in Scott AFB, Illinois where he retired. We have 2 sons who were actually born here in Tucson. Our eldest son, Cody, his wife, Kelly, and our 2 grandsons, Henry and Lincoln, currently live in Florida. Our youngest son, Jake, and his wife, Kristen, have joined us back here in Arizona. For me, its all about God and family. Its awesome being back home where we are able to reconnect and spend time with our family and friends that live close by. I enjoy the outdoors. I hiked part of the Appalachian Trail and even ran a half-marathon. My husband and I have a Polaris RZR and we love exploring the many trails Arizona has to offer. Hi! My name is Samuel Sammy Tarazon. I have been a dental assistant since 2011, and I am blessed to say I have found my passion when it comes to my career. Because of the extensive amount of training, experience, and love I have for dentistry Ive been able to impact peoples lives in a positive way. Patients describe me as intelligent, charming, caring, gentle, and funny while providing awesome dental care. I was born in California but raised in Tucson, Arizona, so I consider myself a Wildcat. I have four brothers and two sisters, with me being the youngest. With my dedication, I strive to become the best and hope to lead by example. I also enjoy traveling with my fiance whom I met in high school. I look forward to getting married and building a family with her.

My career in dental hygiene started 23 years ago with a passion for helping patients achieve their optimal oral health. Hello! My name is Theresa Aguilar. I am the treatment coordinator here at Creative Smiles Dentistry. I am from California originally, but I moved to Tucson a year and a half ago. I was so fortunate to find this great practice and I am grateful to be part of this team. I love my work family and our wonderful patients. I love to get out and take in all of the beautiful things Tucson has to offer. When Im not working, I enjoy going on road trips, hiking, cooking, and going to the movies. Im also very artistic, so I enjoy painting and anything that allows me to get creative.

My name is Vanessa and my nickname in the office is 'V.' I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. I have been in the dental field for 11 years and I absolutely love what I do. When I joined the Creative Smiles Team, they welcomed me like I was family. Being a part of a family and having a family means a lot to me. My immediate family consists of my wonderful spouse, our three amazing children, and our two dogs named Opie and Pac. I am very grateful and blessed to have my family. I enjoy seafood, working out, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Vincent Hampton. Ive been a dental assistant since 2010. Since I began at Creative Smiles, Ive increased my knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. Together with Dr. Jeannie, Ive become an implant specialist and enjoy working with her to bring more options to patients requiring tooth replacement. I was born in California and my family moved to Tucson in 1995, where I have lived ever since. I love football. Every weekend I help coach young athletes in my area. When Im not on the football field, I enjoy spending time with my family. My parents, brother, 2 sisters, and 2 nieces are all still here in Arizona. We are a close family and try to get together at least once a month and for special occasions. Other hobbies of mine include astronomy, writing fantasy fiction, video games, and anim. I have tried my hand at 3D animation and, along with my brother and friends, built a voice-recording booth to capture my voice acting. We have a hilarious time using 3D animation to make crazy characters and bring them to life with exotic accents.
