I had some major pain going on in my mouth. I couldn't find anyone that would see me..I called Creative Smiles and I was in their office 20 minutes later.. The whole staff was wonderful.. They explained things so well.. Probably the nicest people in a dental office I have ever experienced..I have an appointment next week to get my dental care back on track..Thank you so much Creative smiles for fitting me in last minute.

After having a less than desirable experience at another dental office it was such a relief to come to Creative Smiles and have an assistant who was knowledgeable and willing to walk me through understanding my xrays and how they gauge certain things things such as gum disease. The doctor was just as kind and informative and I left feeling educated and aware of my treatment plan. Will definitely be a returning client. Thank you all for taking the time to provide excellent customer care!

I love my Dental Hygienist (Tabi Jacobs) and my Dentist (Dr. Finney) at Creative Smiles! Both ladies are caring and careful -- highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work or cleaning!

I am so pleased with the care I got from everybody working here. I got a root canal and filling done, and the Dr. Finney and her staff were so kind and patient. Def recommend to anyone with dental anxiety.

I love this place, every employee makes you feel like they really appreciate their customers. They have always been polite and help you in anyway possible. They get you in right in and get everything that they think my be helpful for you. They explain what they can offer you that will be helpful, they will explain what the cost would be Then they let you makeup your mind and they do not pressure you to have anything done, it is your decision. My husbands dentist retired. He needed a new dentist. He is going to fill out new paperwork and has already scheduled his appoint. If you need cleanings, fillings or anything dental related I would try this place. You want be sorry! JP Murfreesboro

I'm highly nervous to have dentist work performed but the staff here seemed to be very understanding at my first appointment. Came back the next day. I took the meds they gave but was still nervous. Was berated about being on my phone checking the status of my sick daughter. The tone in the room changed and I dont want aggravated people drilling in my teeth. I would give them a five if I didn't feel like I was being semi yelled at by the doctor. After already being nervous about it in the first place. Thanks and good luck to all new customers.

Due to some serious neglect, I have NEVER seen a dentist (and at the age of 20, that can be super daunting). The ladies in the office made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Never once did I feel judged, and they had me fixed up and on my way. For the first time since I was 10, I smiled with my teeth showing. It's been something I have been so self conscious about, and I hadn't even realized it. Thank you all SO much. I can't recommend this place enough.

Everyone there does everything they can to make sure that you're okay. They go over your treatment plan and your financial obligation as well. It is a pleasure going there!
