my experience was fantastic, it was my first visit, administrative staff, dental assistant and doctor were very kind to me. I arrived with a severe toothache and they took care of me, applied the treatment and now at home I feel much better. Thank you Doctor & Beth.

Thorough communication regarding treatment costs, was able to get an appointment quickly, gentle hygienist, knowledgeable doctor. Office uses current technology for effective treatment.

Allison Butler does my teeth cleanings and does an amazing job. She is very thorough and gentle while cleaning my teeth. I love that she explains what she's doing while cleaning my teeth! I'd 100% recommend going to Allison for all cleanings!

I had all of metal fillings changed out to porcelains a few years back. I went to another dentist and was told what a sloppy job the dentist did. Several of the fillings need to be redone due to "over hang". SMH.

Allyson and Dr Carlyle was incredibly wonderful. They were precise, kind, and aware of my anxiety. Took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable. Best dental experience ever. Will highly recommend.

My very first visit at Creative Smiles was by far, the most pleasant dentistry experience ever. From the front desk staff to the hygienist and the doctor, every one of them were fantastic. I didn't feel insecure at all. If you're looking for a dentist office that listens and cares about you.

My family dentist of 25+ years retired and I had my first appointment at this office and it was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Allison the hygienist provided a great cleaning and Dr Carlyle was professional and friendly throughout the exam. I would recommend to friends and family.

This is where my mom goes to have her teeth fixed (dentures, crowning, and cleaning) and the staff at this office are super friendly, professional, and welcoming. Big thanks to Dan who helps mom with appointments and to Dr. Alexandria Carlyle who is very kind, caring, and friendly; she patiently helps mom with her denture fittings as she needs several adjustments. Also a big shout out to their business manager, Beth, who makes you feel at home when you arrive and depart. You will find big smiles leaving here.

I will not recommend this dental office to my worst enemy. I came here for a dental check up and was told by Dr. Alexandria Carlyle I needed a dental filling mind you I was not having any pain or symptoms in that tooth. I trusted them and proceeded with the filling. Following the procedure I developed intense pain and could not chew on that tooth. I tried to wait it out for a month but my pain did not improve. I went back but this time to Dr. Gade who tried to fix Dr. Carlyle mess but I guess the damage had already been done and now I am being told about a possible root canal. I am soo upset. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR HEALTH, MONEY AND TIME! To make matters worse their staff is very rude and Dr. Carlyle has a bedside manner of a stone and is very dismissive! Stay away.

I love this place! There is no need for fear because the health-care workers here will alleviate them by means of their TLC! Beth, the front desk professional, was very kind and helpful. Her assistant is the reason why I'm back at Creative Smiles due to insurance issues that was taken care of. My hygienist, Shelby was the most professional, gentle, people person I have met. Her cleaning was pain free, yet a job well done! Beautiful Allison, another hygienist went out of her way to give my granddaughter a gift which left her quiet and busy. Dr. Gade, is the most kind, professional, concern doctor who considers your feelings, addresses your dental needs And! also your preferences, that I have ever had! Also, pain free service. Last but not least, are the other health-care employees. Forgive me for not mentioning you by name. Thank you all for a service Well-Done! Alice M

They are great another dentist did some work and left me in pain and wouldent so anything to help ... Creative Smiles fixed my problem I left with no pain .Highly recommend..
