When me, my mom, and my niece arrived the young lady with the long braids at the front desk was rude. I felt like she was annoyed that my mother could not hear her and she had to repeat herself. So I cut off the conversation so that I could tell my mom what she said and so the office lady didn't have to be so rude and dramatically loud. We waited for nearly an hour. The dental assistant in the back told me the doctor needed to mix the medicine. So after waiting for a little longer I asked the dental assistant how long will it take to mix the medicine. She replied with "Hours, it can take hours". I repeated "hours?" And she said yes and walked off. So of course by now I'm mad because to me that was a smart remark. She knew it wasn't going to take HOURS. So I get on the phone with another dentist to ask questions and to let him know how it's going and then the girl at the front desk with the long braids said "we inform everyone that it will take that long" which that was a lie. Why would I book an appointment after they supposedly tell me that it will take hours? So she forcefully apologized that we weren't informed. As I'm on the phone she walks to the back and talks to the dental assistant. The dental assistant comes out and tells me it's going to be a bit more but I didn't say anything because I was still on my phone. She then repeats herself to me because she wanted me to answer her so I said "ok". She continues to stand there looking at me so I said " okay, what do you want me to do". She then walks off mumbling so I said why does she need to walk off like that. The dental assistant then comes back and I asked her what did she have to say because I didn't hear her since she had to start talking after she started walking through those doors. She said I'll say it to your face and then proceeds to walk up to me face to face, toe to toe. With her cigarette breath tells me to get out of her face when she's the one who came to me face to face. She then says "don't be mad at me because your child has a cavity". That was violating HIPPA law speaking about it in the waiting room. We were seriously about to fight in that office. That's how bad the situation escalated. Someone went to get the doctor in the back and when he came to the front everyone tried to play victim. The front desk girl was trying act all sweet and said she was just soft spoken. Oh please. She was flat out rude. Once we reached the back, the dental assistant's whole attitude changed which I'm glad because she was assisting the dentist with my niece. The doctor himself was great and super quick but efficient. He definitely needs to get rid of those ghetto girls though. I believe they told him a different story because he did apologize for the wait and tried to explain why it was taking so long HOWEVER it was more than just that.

I've been coming here at Creative Smiles for easily over 5 years and seeing Dr. La! From regular cleaning, fillings, and even my wisdom teeth removal, he always makes sure you're feeling comfortable and heard. Every visit has been perfect and I look forward to coming back for many years. The facility is very clean and the receptionists are all kind and respectful. They do an excellent job checking your insurance prior to any scheduling and procedures cause we all know insurance policies can be confusing! They also send text reminders about upcoming visits (:

Do not go to this clinic without getting a quote from other dental clinics!!! The clinic is very primitive, there is no separation between the beds, all the patients are lined up side by side, the prices are incredibly expensive, a big disappointment, I had my children treated in a more luxurious and well-known popular clinic for 5 times less than what they wanted for the treatment of my children.

I took my 3 year old son here for a check up and a treatment plan. This was his first experience at the dentist, ever. We were taken to the back where he was, Im assuming, supposed to get his teeth x rayed. The technician didn't introduce herself, speak to my son, or explain what she was doing. All she did was point the machine his direction. He had no idea what was going on so he moved away from her. Again, he's three. She immediately said since he wasn't cooperative, we would need to jump through more hoops with insurance to get treatment. After that, we were taken to one of the dental rooms to wait for the exam. Dr. Khan checked him and told me he had 3+ cavities and would to be put under or given nitrous oxide. I asked what their procedure was for kids if they're uncomfortable with the dentist. His assistant pointed to the papoose that straps children down for the procedures. I cannot believe these people are still using that! I shot that down immediately. In the same conversation I explained to Dr. Khan I felt like my son should attempt to get his x rays done again, but he said no and that "his technician was the best they have, and if she said he wasn't cooperating, then they were going to go with that. The obvious disregard for patients is SO traumatic for kids. They clearly do not care about children's health. They care about getting the maximum amount of profit and they are lazy and careless when it comes to actually treating the issues. I was quoted over $1000 for treatment plan that would have to be completed over several appointments. I informed the office I was not coming back and then they tried knocking down the treatments and reducing the price. I went to another Pediatric Dentist in Sugar Land who said that he absolutely does not have the 3+ cavities the office said. I was shown the x rays and was able to fix the issue in 30 min for less than half of kidzone's previous quoted price. My son had a wonderful experience with his current dentist and going to the dentist is no big deal to him. Save your money and avoid trauma for your child. This place is a million red flags!
