We want you to feel like you are stepping into the home of a dear friend when you visit our office. We aim to develop your trust and confidence. We inspire to educate our patients to take charge of their oral health and to value the importance of a healthy smile.
Dr. Lizzie believes good oral health is learned at an early age. Old habits die hard, so why not start out with good habits. She strongly encourages bringing your child to the dentist by age 1 so they can begin a new journey of lifelong dental success!
Dr. Lizzie is aBoard Certifiedpediatric dentistand a diplomate of theAmerican Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is on staff and maintains privileges in the Department of Surgery Division of PediatricDentistry at theCharleston Area Medical Centerwhere she also serves on the Cleft/Craniofacial Team. She is on theWest Virginia Dental Board Anesthesia Committeeand is theAmerican Association of Pediatric Dentists (AAPD)State Public Policy Advocate.
Dr. Lizzie is currently a member of the Kanawha Valley Dental Society, the West Virginia Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Pediatric Dentists on the local, state, and national level.She was recently nominated as Co-Chair of the WV Give Kids a Smile Day and will serve as Chair for the2016-2017 term.
She obtained a B.S.in Chemistryand then earned her D.M.D. in 2011, both from theUniversity of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Lizziethen completed a 2 yearpediatric dentalresidency before earning her masters degree in Oral Sciences from theUniversity of Illinois in Chicago.
Dr. Lizzie enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband, Matt ODell, a native to Hurricane, West Virginia, and their two dogs Ellie and Bruiser.Her philosophy is to provide a warm, inviting,creative, and educational experience to you and your family with exceptional customer service.We would love to meet you and your children and look forward to welcoming you to our practice!

My daughter has visited Dr. Lizzy since she was two years old. She gets excited two months before her visit. I might as well be taking her to the North Pole to make toys with Santa and his Elves! 100% recommend Creative Pediatric Dentistry not only is the Dr. Lizzy wonderful so is every member of her staff. They are always all smiles and so friendly! Do yourself a favor and take your baby here!

Another wonderful visit. My kids are always excited to go to the dentist. Everyone is so friendly and wonderful with the kids. Our hygienist was so sweet that when my 5 year old was talking to her during his cleaning she paused and actually listened to his story so patiently.

Took 3 year old for the first dentist visit and had a great experience. The lobby and cleaning areas are all fun and colorful. They had a TV in lobby and on the ceiling above each of the cleaning chairs playing various Disney movies. The staff was all very upbeat, friendly, and did well at talking and explaining so my 3 year old could understand. Very glad I chose a pediatric dentist and specifically this dentist office. Highly recommend and we will be going back in 6 months for her next appointment.
