The staff is great, the place is nicely decorated and clean and the service is always great. Every time my daughter had an appointment, she was seen promptly. The prices are reasonable and their payment plans, too. The results were the one expected. Happy Mommy and beautiful daughter!

From the first phone call or Walk in You are greeted by amazing people such as Jesie, Lulu, Jessica, or Mercie. It is a consistent warm smile for any patient being parent, child, teen or adults. During the consultation process in regards to your reason of visit/ treatment options/ payment/ you are walked through each step so there is no doubt left to ponder. You are not forced to decide on any route, rather informed with pros/cons for your specific application. After you've already decided and start coming, you will see that this office is organized with their time and it will be a rare occurrence for you to be seen at a later than scheduled time. Creative Orthodontics is the literally the best, they are professionals who know exactly what to do to give you the best smile! As soon as you walk into the office it is a family environment, they are kind and caring. Their service is excellent and you go in and out with no long waiting times. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

I have had two children that have been patients of Dr. Caroll. Her patience and kindness has made their experience wonderful and comfortable with each visit. Excellent results, couldn't be happier with how my son's teeth came out. The Doctors took extra care and time to always answer questions and make sure we were comfortable with progress. Office staff was always friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The orthodontist here are amazing. They were extremely tentative throughout the whole process of my braces. They are amazing with scheduling and very understanding about any rearrangements. I also work with multiple offices so I find myself in different areas of Miami throughout the month. So Creative Orthodontist having more than one office in Miami was a big help as well. Would recommend Dr. Carol and her team to any of my family and friends! A+

Dr. Carroll's team is like family! Always very courteous, cordial and flexible. Dr. Carroll is very knowledgeable and thorough- she educated me on how my overbite would translate long term and taught me how teeth movement affects later tooth decay and loss. I was on my braces journey for two years and thanks to her I wear my retainer every night. 3 years after my last visit my teeth are still perfect. Thank you Dr. Carroll! Your passion for the work that you do translates into patients who take their oral health more seriously.

Creative Orthodontic Associates is the best place to get a beautiful smile. I got my 3 kids braces done as well as myself and can I say the results were out of this world. I've been a patient of Dr. Carroll and her team the last 2 years. This week I finally got my braces off and I am so pleased by my results! I really can't say enough nice things about them and their care. They're all so professional but also incredibly kind to their patients. I highly recommend Creative Orthodontic Associates!! I had Invisalign (as an adult) and I absolutely loved my experience. Dr. Carroll and her staff are very experienced and really make you feel comfortable. They are friendly, professional, and experts at what they do. My Invisalign treatment went according to schedule and I was offered a great price. Thanks to everyone in the office, going in for an appointment was always something to look forward to! I am more than satisfied with my treatment and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!
